We enjoyed staying at Gorana's apartment. It is spacious, calm, clean and has everything you need. The view of the sea is amazing and the pebble beach is a few minutes' walk away. It is a 25 - 30 minute walk into town, but in return for that you get a quiet and peaceful environment. There are several good non-touristy places to eat within 10 - 15 minutes - the Skipper pizzeria, with great views of the marina, is particularly good. The Meštrovic Gallery and chapel are a few minutes' walk away and well worth a visit. Overall, a very nice place to stay on our first visit to Split.

Loved the place. The balcony is a wonderful place to have breakfast or a glass of wine. Beautiful view of the harbor. The location is a short walk from the central historic city but away from all of the noise that some of our friends who stayed in the center complained about. Dijana was very helpful and answered all of our questions. I would definitely stay here again!

What an amazing stay. I am so happy we chose to stay here rather than in a central Split apartment. Incredible view, lots of fun things to do, gorgeous beaches nearby, lovely people with beautiful gardens in the neighbourhood. I cannot wait to come back! The manager of this apartment is so awesome. She was very flexible with us with checking in, and even helped us with something, responding within 30 seconds of messaging! The view and location are truly worth every penny. Thank you very much!

This apartment is a perfect location so all the bars/restaurants in Old Town but also not right in the chaos! The balcony is great and has a wonderful view of the bay - we had a great stay here!

From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and service-minded—truly wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach promenade, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. It was a great stay. There were two of us and there was plenty of room. The apartment would also be suitable for four people. The sofa covers look a little old-fashioned, but the sensational view of the sea and the large terrace with a hot tub makes you forget that immediately. The landlady was very accommodating and helpful. Transportation from the airport to the accommodation was perfectly organized. Thank you for everything

Tatjana is as a wonderful host and the apartment has a stunning view of the harbour and Pakleni Islands. You could literally spend your whole day gazing at the view. The location is abit away from the centre as others have mentioned however the view and being away from the throngs of the tourists outweighed the walk into town, which if you take the seaside walkway is a quite beautiful 25 min walk.. Highly recommended.

Great little Airbnb in the perfect location in Bol. You have the sea right there out your bedroom window and can pop in for a dip so easily. The little balcony is a treat. It’s a short walk to all the restaurants and supermarket. It’s nice and quiet. You’ll love it

Rest in this house is super comfortable and cozy. Perfect place for family vacation with children. We are sure that we will return here next season.

A truly idyllic place to unwind. We had a lovely week of swimming, kayaking and relaxing away from people (the property can only be accessed by boat so it is very peaceful and quiet). The host was very communicative - we can definitely recommend and would love to return to this unique property again!!

Toni and his wife, Paula truly do open their home to guests as this is their home you are fortunate enough to rent which they vacate for the summer to share with visitors. It is clean and comfortable with two bathrooms and great showers and a washer where the sun dries your clothes! The location backs up to the water and a boardwalk which takes you into Old Town Trogir in 5 minutes and also puts you close to tour pick up locations and buses and markets and boat rides and beaches. Toni not only arranged for our transportation from another area of Croatia, but also waited for us outside his house even though it was late at night. He gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations and better than that, he prepared Peka for us, a traditional meal made in a stone oven in his gorgeous backyard where we could try anything that was ripe! He is a funny, generous host who made our experience memorable. Stay here when you travel to Trogir!

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

This home was above and beyond expectations! The house was fab, but the uniqueness of the space outside, the view, was sensational. . The winding steps down to the water through the trees, relaxing on the waters edge was so peaceful. This is a nature lovers paradise as lots to see and hear! Petar is the perfect host living locally and always available. Just a couple of minutes walk around the bay is a great restaurant, lovely steaks, fish etc and same views. It’s close enough but out of sight! This will be the first time ever I wish to rebook a property!

This villa was absolutely perfect! We stayed with 2 young children and there was everything there to cater for us during our stay. The views, proximity to the sea, the pool were all perfect and we had a lovely stay here. We would love to come back! The only slight negative which is unrelated to the villa was that we stayed end of sept/beginning of Oct and the bar and restaurant in the village was closed for the end of the season. They would have added a bit of something extra to our stay, but was just unfortunate timing on our part

Beautiful villa with lovely sea views from the balcony. They wait for your arrival and see you off too! They drop off fresh fruit in the morning and come see you if you have any issues. Very nice stay, stunning pool. Great for people who get around with their own car

Antón welcomed us very well, explained how the house works and gave us tips on what to visit in the surroundings. Always willing and friendly. - We live quiet and delicious days in this house. I want to draw attention to the kitchen on the balcony: I loved cooking there, overlooking the sea. - As we were looking for peace and privacy, we got it right. We chose rest days, but also to visit more touristy cities: we visited Split 2x while staying at the house (about 1 hour drive). Definitely one of the best experiences for us on Airbnb❤️.

We had an amazing week in Seget Donji and at Nikolina's at the end of May. There are only good things to mention about our stay. Very good communication with Nikolina both before and during the stay. Very helpful at check-in. Nice tips and recommendations about the area. The accommodation was great and comfortable, most of our time was spent on the terrace overlooking the sea. Incredibly beautiful! Adjacent to the house, there were several turtles in the garden that the children loved to feed with our fruit and vegetable leftovers. Just a staircase down from the house, you came down to what felt like your own private beach. As well as a beach promenade where there were several other swimming areas to choose from plus restaurants and taxi boat to Trogir. We are super pleased with our stay in its entirety, the desire to return and recommend to others!

Apartment was outstanding. It was so relaxing eating our breakfast while watching the ferry’s dock. Lovely spacious rooms and scenic walk into Split centre. Klajdi was an amazing host. He responded immediately to any queries.

It is a great place to stay for its accessible location, pristine decor and wonderful hospitality. You will be staying in a heritage site with the Adriatic right on your doorstep! You will be centrally located between 2 touristic cities Split and Trogir making it easy to visit them, as well as take some day tours to other attractions. The surroundings are beautiful, offering a seaside promenade along the Adriatic and with pubs and restaurants along the way that offer great food and drinks. To top it all off, Antonella and her husband are wonderful hosts who welcomed us with open arms(and some gifts!). They are very responsive and empathetic, providing guidance and information before and during our stay. Highly recommend!!!

This is an exceptional apartment, split over two levels with first floor bedroom and bathrooms and living and kitchen space above, leading to a large balcony. Yes it is set on a hillside and yes the pathways up from the beach are steep, but the view of the whole bay made the climb worth the effort. The apartment is very modern and bathrooms spotless. The pool is a decent size and whenever we were using it we had it to ourselves. Apartment comes complete with James Bond style hatch opening to the rooftop! There was a mix up with check-in but the owner quickly responded to the message on Airbnb and got it sorted. The apartment is possibly the best equipped we have stayed in with plenty of crockery and utensils and chopping boards etc and plentiful supplies of toilet rolls, linen, towels (for bathrooms and for pool). Driving and parking can be challenging. We will miss our evening BBQs on the balcony watching activity on the water and the sun setting. Book now, you won't be disappointed

The waterfront apartment in Split is the perfect place for a couple to stay while enjoying a visit to this beautiful, vibrant and historical city. We loved sitting at the little balcony watching the city wake up, the people enjoying holiday life and even a few weddings in the church next door!! The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.

Great location, perfect for a short stay! Located just a 10-minute walk from the city center, it is ideal for easy access to restaurants, bars and attractions. The surroundings are lively, but still quiet enough to relax. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. It really had everything you need for a short stay. Absolutely recommended!

It was an amazing staying here! The house is beautiful, very open, spacious and clean. We felt right at home! The location of the house is perfect, right in front of the sea. We could go for swimming during the day, and relax in the garden overlooking the water. It is a great location if you want to swim. Around 10min walking you have a few restaurants and 10min by car you are in the city of Trogir with many nice things to see! I highly recommend this place!! Hella and her family were also really nice!
