An amazing place that afforded the best opportunity to explore Malcesine and other close by towns. Location truly allowed for relaxation and enjoyment. Great access to the tram to Monte Baldo allowing access to many outdoor activities. The home was amazing and was exactly as described. We easily made meals in the kitchen and enjoyed the patio while eating, relaxing and napping. Beds were comfortable and provided a wonderful nights rest. We would absolutely stay here again!

Super easy to drive there. Max was already waiting with the keys. Appartment is in walking distance of everything but in a quiet street. Will definitely come back. Thanks for everything…

Maria was a wonderful host! She even had a table set with Prosecco, lemon tarts, flowers, ballon’s and streamers when we arrived in celebration of our 40th wedding anniversary!! The home is like out of a storybook. Tastefully decorated and cozy. The terrace was a great place to relax while enjoying views of the lake. Maria recommended a wonderful restaurant that was a very short walk from the home. It was so good, we went there twice! The only negative is that we only were there two nights. Our next visit will definitely be longer!

A nice and spacious apartment! Nice pool! Quietly located, right next to it is a horse farm, which of course the children enjoyed very much. The kitchen is very well equipped, nothing is missing. Silvia and her husband welcomed us very kindly. Unfortunately, we were only there for two nights, due to the location, excursions to Treviso, Bassano or Marostica are possible without problems in a short time. We will be happy to come back!

The view! And the location is what we liked the most. Off the beaten track a place you can enjoy and contemplate Garda lake from above.

Simone is a very nice and good host. The communication was very easy and he was available for questions. He was able to give us great tips and recommendations for the area. The accommodation was very nice. You have a beautiful view of Lake Garda and the mountains. It's very and relaxing. In addition, the apartment is very high quality and modern. I had the pleasure of staying at the "Studio" property for a few days. It is a studio, tastefully furnished and with smart solutions to make the most of the entire space. The kitchenette is essential but equipped with everything you need to prepare breakfast and a few simple meals. The real highlights for us were the garden, very enjoyable, and the formidable view of the lake, always available from the large windows. Privacy and darkness are guaranteed by large blackout curtains. Outdoor noises are quite felt from inside the home, but the neighborhood is very quiet, especially at night, so this wasn't a problem. Hosts were very helpful and present, never getting intrusive. A heartfelt thank you to them. It was a beautiful vacation and if there is an opportunity we would definitely like to come back!

Spacious, just like the pictures indicates. Nice with two floors. Appreciated the desk at the second floor, under a big skylight, which I used as an office :-)

First of all, Elisabeth and her husband were always quick to respond to messages and were patient waiting for our arrival in the evening. Pros: nice, well-stocked, new and clean apartment. Cons: as a condiment there was only salt, it could also be useful to provide oil, etc. As only and only defect, perhaps the slight noise caused by the street but nothing can be done and it goes back to all the other qualities! I would say that the value is more than great, so if it happens I will come back here!
