Recommended to see in the nearby area: Old ruins from World War II. Rich island kingdom where you can walk all the way to the lighthouse. Gulatingsparken, 20 minutes by car. Bicycle paths. In the winter season you can experience the Northern Lights, or beautiful starry sky. The ferry goes across the fjord, and to Solund. (free ferry) Remember to shop before you arrive, there is no shop in Rutledal. Welcome :)

"The blue nest" Solbakken Microhouse

Enjoy the nature and the views you get when you get up to the top of this newly built Microhouse. This is the highest of the two Microhouses in Solbakken, where they are both located in the surroundings of animals and art. Gallery Solbakkestova with its beautiful sculpture garden is located just next to the house. Goats graze in front, and you can see alpacas on the other side. The house is located in a rural area, but is close to the city center and bus. Walking and cycling paths pass by, and the hiking trail up to Liafjellet is close by.

A great option for an overnight trip from Bergen to the north. Or a great opportunity to relax in the silence of the countryside. Velkommen til Tungeteingen Villglamp! Et par minutters gange, over bakkane og den fine broen over elva fra vertenes hus, dukker det opp et magisk sted inne i skogen. Der kan du senke skuldrene, nyte suset fra elven og logge av fra kjas og mas. Gode komfortable senger (1 dobbeltseng, 1 enkeltseng og mulighet for å sette opp 1 ekstra seng), myke varme dyner og puter, saueskinn og vedfyrt ovn. Trenger du et forfriskende bad, kan du ta det i en de mange kulpene ved elven som renner ved campen.

Well equipped for cooking. Terrace with dining area and outdoor furniture and fireplace/bbc. Short distance to main attractions. Ideally located for trips by feet or by car. Boating, hiking, kayaking, swimming. The village Balestrand offers fishing trips and fjord tours by boat, rental of kayaks bicycles and cars.

House close to Kvamskogen and Bergen.

A lovely, beautiful little house on a small peak. Beautiful views to both fjord, lake and mountains. Here you can enjoy the silence and the view undisturbed in a sheltered environment. This unique house was also on the TV series program "Time for Home" on TV2 in 2019. There they refurbished the kitchen and dining room.
