Apartment located in the Lauragais in the municipality of Mas Saintes Puelles between Toulouse and Carcassonne. 10 minutes from the A61 motorway (Castelnaudary exit) 1.5 km from the Canal du Midi and 5 km from the Ganguise dam. The apartment is on the ground floor of my primary residence. Access is via automatic gate and parking is available in front of the accommodation. Unlimited Wi-Fi. Possibility of storing bikes in a small room adjoining the accommodation. Shared pool, secured by an alarm.

Come and discover the Lauragais and the surroundings between the Canal du Midi and the Toulouse region on one side about 50 minutes away and on the other Carcassonne with its superb city. Living room/kitchen on the ground floor then upstairs a transition room with a modular bed for 2 people, and a bedroom with bathroom and sink.

A 5 min de l’échangeur d’autoroute. Ambiance bucolique écureuils et lièvres pourront faire apparition dans le parc devant les fenêtres.

Welcome! We hope you feel at home, with the spirit of the holidays in addition! In the village you can order your breakfasts and meals at the catering grocery store "Audelices de July". Convenient for guests by bike or for strollers, we have hills and the Canal du Midi 2 km away. Between Toulouse and Carcassonne, we are a 10-minute drive from Castelnaudary, where there is trade, restaurant, swimming pool and emblematic sites. We look forward to hearing from you!

This recently renovated house is set in the middle of a 70-hectare organic wine-growing estate, in the Cathar region and close to Carcasonne. It offers magnificent views of the surrounding vineyards and forests, ideal for walks, with views of the Pyrenees. This house is next to the Belgian owners' central farm, but is entirely private. During your stay, you can enjoy free wine tasting and a tour of the winery.
