Our house is located in the heart of the countryside, surrounded by nature, not overlooked, without neighbors, with a panoramic view of more than a hundred kilometers, surrounded by hectares of pasture. Access is via a small private and cobbled path. You will have a private pool of 3 m by 13 m, secured by a fence and an electric shutter, a petanque court, ping-pong table, trampoline, foosball, fire pit and barbecue. Our organic farm is located a little further away.

This spacious, cozy family home is part of a renovated farmhouse on the outskirts of the village of Mary. The house with an outbuilding and the large grounds are always rented exclusively. The location is suitable for families with small children or two to three couples. The surroundings are rural and quiet. Our home is located in the municipality of Mary, in Saône-et-Loire. The house is fully equipped and has access to the outside. Ideally located, we are about 20 km from Cluny, 15 km from Montceau-les-Mines, 30 km from Creusot (TGV station) and other nearby cities (Beaune, Chalon, Mâcon, etc.)

The cottage Le cocoon welcomes you in a small traditional house on two levels. The main room with its old terracotta tile, includes an equipped kitchen, a dining area, a lounge area in front of the wood stove, a 90 cm bed. Upstairs a pleasant mezzanine space, with its 160 cm bed, welcomes you for restful nights. Wifi and TV. P Because of the architecture, the cottage is not really designed for small children (stairs).
