Monthly Rentals in Martis

Large single level home with everything needed. We were warmly welcomed by the host who was exceptionally friendly and on hand for any issues. The house is tidy and well equipped. For us though, the outdoor garden area was the highlight. It is beautifully landscaped and filled with fruit trees. In April the scent of the orange blossom was lovely. All in all a great stay - thank you.

Alessandro was very helpful, also responded immediately when I still needed something. It was all very straightforward and we felt very comfortable in the apartment. Unfortunately, we were only there for 3 days, we would have liked to have stayed longer. We highly recommend it.

Amazing view! It was easy to find the way based on clear instructions from Mirco. Well equipped. Plenty of space inside. Responsive host. Local pets are very attractive and you need to keep windows and doors closed.

Exceptional stay in impeccable accommodation, matches the photos and description. This house has a lot of charm and is decorated with a lot of refinement. In addition, the host, Gian Lucas, is particularly friendly and welcoming and we were appreciative of the special touches upon arrival (wine, coffee pod, butter, milk...) as well as his sense of hospitality. We particularly enjoyed the room which is very spacious as well as the terrace which inspires relaxation and rest. In short, a rental that we highly recommend! Christel and Bruno
