We are also about an hour from State College and are in a great location for Penn State Football games if you like to avoid high prices and crowds.

A spiral staircase adjoins both decks. The lower level has a relaxing hot tub with a privacy wall and patio furniture. A cable railing incloses the deck for an unobstructed view of nature.
