Welcome to one of the oldest dwellings in the county. This home dating to ~1790 was the residence for the grist mill manager. The cozy space is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath home that is tastefully decorated and complete with all the amenities you need for a quiet and peaceful getaway. Sit on the porch listening to the birds, or down by the creek relaxing to the sounds of the creek. The home is on a quiet country road with little traffic. The owners house and former company store is right next door.

Bald Eagle Bungalow

The Bungalow is a roomy and nicely renovated space which is easily accessed from routes 80 and 99. It is only 25 minutes to State College and Altoona. There is a queen bed in the bedroom. One sofa in the living room converts to a king bed (see photos). Currently I have a twin mattress stored in the bedroom. It can be placed in the living room for an additional person. Full kitchen with electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, pod coffee maker. Dining room with access to a small deck.
