Comfortable and quiet accommodation with excellent host. Views are as pictures show and lovely to relax on small balcony. Having asthma and slight mobility problem I did struggle with the 10 minute walk, all uphill, from town to home. The only other route consisted of 97 uneven stairs, the middle section being unlit. The apartment is twenty stairs up with no handrail. Taxi fare at night was only 10 euros so not a major problem. Also the C30 bus passes at the top of the road.

It was a great choice to stay - not only Alessia is a great host - but also the place is perfect if you want to enjoy peaceful time and have walkable access to the centre. Please feels like home due to carefully selected amenities and materials used. Alessia is going an extra mile in being a host - she helps with arrival and departure, gives local tips that one would not know otherwise! Beautiful view on Pescallo bay, delicious fruits just next door! This was a perfect weekend gateway - thank you Alessia!

We spent 10 days in the beautiful apartment, which left nothing to be desired. The view is fantastic, the location quiet and idyllic. You could buy the essentials in a few minutes in a small nearby shop. We highly recommend the place. If you're looking for a break, you'll find it there.

We had an amazing stay. It could not have been a better location. Jenny and Nico were so helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to welcome and accommodate us. We will absolutely be staying here again.

Luca responded super quickly and was very friendly - the view from the 11th floor is really fantastic in the evening - the location was also very good - even found a place in front of the house for our camper (Ducato). What a wonderful apartment. The pictures do not do it justice. The views of the lake, its close proximity to the town centre, Stefeno as a host made this one of our most memorable and enjoyable stays! Stefeno met us at the dock when we arrived and even met us for coffee when we left. Truely a Super Host

Me and my partner had a great time, the apartment was lovely with an amazing view of the lake. Tea, coffee and milk all provided in the apartment, even a selection of jams. Anna even had us picked up from como train station and brought to the accommodation and shown around and how to use the facilities. Then she also had us picked up and dropped off early in the morning to the station so we could get back to the airport. Recommended us a lovely place for dinner on the edge of the lake. I also proposed to my now fiancé. Spectacular weekend, would 100% recommended staying here.

My husband and I stayed at Federica’s place, and it was perfect. The views were absolutely stunning from every window, the location couldn’t have been better, and the home itself was beautifully appointed and incredibly comfortable. I’m already looking forward to staying here again on our next visit to Lake Como.

The place was clean and tidy. The train did not run, so it was quiet on the rails. The walls are extremely light-sounding, you can hear the neighbors talking.

Best accommodation in our entire Italy trip. The place was tastefully decorated and Dana obviously took pride in hosting! Her hospitality went above and beyond and the place was very comfortable. Andrea’s apartment is extraordinary. The terrace and the bedrooms overlook the lake and the entire apartment is spotless and well equipped. We are so grateful for our time in Varenna and beautiful lake Como. To top it off our host helped us secure a reservation at Al Prato a very hard to get into restaurant located just across the square from our apartment. Best dining and service we had - highly recommend Andrea’s apartment. It is magical.

We stayed seven nights and wish we could have stayed longer. We loved the location: it was a nice walk through one of the nicest villages on the lake to the ferry station. And, there are two bus lines that are super convenient (one just outside (#25) and one just a few minutes walk (#10)) making the entire lake accessable until late. The views from the unit are unbeatable! Waking up and going to bed looking at the lake was breathtaking. And it was so quiet. The unit had everything we needed for the one week stay and the bed was very comfortable. There is a little Lido/Beach up the street and a very nice beach club one ferry stop across the lake at Faggeto Lario. We hope to come back one day.

The team was great and the place is amazing. You could host a fashion shoot here with the incredible mix of modern and traditional. The color changing ceiling lights are an incredible addition and the projector makes for a nice movie night. They were kind enough to provide us with bath amenities and a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge. Thank you to everyone on the team!

Absolutely amazing stay! Monica and Paolo went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect stay. Sending the best recommendations and advice. They responded immediately and even came and delivered water when the shops were closed. The place is outstanding with amazing views. Would stay again in a heartbeat and our trip was so special. Would recommend a car to get to and get around as think it would be difficult without car.

Beautiful stay with an amazing view!

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation which perfectly matched the description. The charming asset: the spa and jacuzzi with stunning views of the lake. 😍 A big thank you to co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in exchanges before, during and after our stay. I would recommend it in a second!

Great location for a family. Centrally located and great view about. Washer was great and the outdoor space allowed us to dry our clothes quickly. It was nice for everyone to have space to spread out.

Quiet and great place, the apartment was as described in the advertisement. We were 6 adults who had a great week in the apartment with a great view. We rented bikes from @Bike it! Bellagio, very good service here too. Nice to cycle to experience new places, the ferry from Bellagio went to both sides of the lake and was easily accessible 😊
