Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. Romantic loft for individual holidays on the Baltic Sea. In the heart of Lütjenburg, not far from the Hohwachter Bay, various beaches (5-7 km) invite you to swim. Old beams, truss, raw plaster. Original masonry & old planks. The house is raw and original, not dead renovated. Crumbs fall from the ceiling and the cracks provide fresh air. The loft is anything but uncomfortable. It has style. You can expect 29 m² of living space in the 100-year-old half-timbered house.

Our apartment is on the lower ground floor of an old building, is very bright and friendly and not stuffy due to the thick walls even on the hottest summer days. In the garden you can enjoy a wonderful sunny breakfast or end a nice day at the beach with a glass of wine. Our house is located on the edge of the forest between two lakes, each of which is approx. 5-7 minutes' walk, the city center is about 20 minutes' walk, the Baltic Sea is about 25 minutes by car.

Our family includes me, my wife and our two sons (9 years and 7 years) as well as our dog.

We rent a cozy, vacation cottage close to Lake Selent, in the middle of one of the most beautiful vacation regions of Schleswig-Holstein. The house was completely renovated in 2018 and is bright and modernly furnished. It is located in a large garden with an orchard and has its own terrace.
