Genieße die Ruhe in dem kleinen Örtchen mit Naturschutzgebiet oder entdecke in der Umgebung verschiedene Strände, Seen, Schlösser, Restaurants und vieles mehr. The loft-like attic apartment offers space for 4-6 people on a floor space of around 90 m². Double bed 180 × 200 cm, bunk bed with 2 beds each 90 × 200 cm, living area with sleeping function. The apartment was completely renovated between 2022-2024 and is idyllically located on the animal enclosure of the wildlife park (the garden borders the deer enclosure). The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, 2 sinks, toilet and bathtub. Up to 3 parking spaces right outside the front door.

Bikes can be securely locked in the basement. The penthouse floor can only be reached by residents with a chip via the elevator.
