Lovely little fisherman's house located right by Sønderrenden, the most idyllic place in Marstal. Marstal is a cozy town with shopping, cafes and restaurants. The house is located right down to the harbor, 400 meters from one of Denmark's best beaches, Eriks Hale and close to the Marstal Maritime Museum, the Marstal Motor factory, and good playgrounds. The house is suitable for couples or a small family . There are two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The ground floor has just been renovated and therefore appears nice and comfortable.

Lovely large bright house in Marstal of about 250m2 with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Super located down to Marstal Havn with short walking distance to good beach (Eriks Hale). The house is lovingly decorated and very cozy with a fireplace and 2 wood-burning stoves. Large 1st floor with many cozy nooks, TV living room and nice view, partly over Marina and the water. Large rose garden and large wooden terrace with sofas, eating furniture and sun loungers and large Weber Gas grill. More good bikes in the garage. Perfect for wedding couples/guests.

Charming little thatched cottage with room for 4. The ceiling is low (176-183 cm and a little less under the beams). Cozy living room with dining and sofa space. Small kitchen with access to a small courtyard. Ommel is a quiet charming village, in Marstal parish, with 2 small harbors. It is about 3 km to Marstal itself with shopping, cafes, buses, etc. The house is Ommel's oldest and is located just 450 meters from a lovely beach. Both the island sea trail and bike routes start nearby and buses are free on the island.

A cozy old, low-ceilinged house with a lovely courtyard. Modernized on an ongoing basis. The home contains on the ground floor; entrance, cozy living room, dining room and kitchen with dishwasher, laundry room with washing machine and bathroom with shower. On the 2nd floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and plenty of closet space, a smaller room with two single beds, and a bathroom with a toilet, closets, and a sink. You must bring your own bed linen and towels. Everything else is included. Pets are not allowed.

A private courtyard is featured, equipped with a large seating area and a dining table shaded by a substantial umbrella. Gray tiles cover the ground, and a small cart is positioned nearby, contributing to a functional outdoor space suitable for relaxation and dining.

Newly renovated spacious townhouse in the cozy old skipper town of Marstal. It is a short distance to the cozy pedestrian street and harbor. Beach is within walking distance. The house has everything you could want. Large nice bedrooms with new best quality beds. Cozy and spacious living rooms and nice well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Here is a lovely courtyard where the sun can be enjoyed all day. In the evening, dinner can be prepared on the grill and enjoyed in the evening sun.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat.
