There are sheep and taxies running across the creek. Those who aren't looking for, no luxury, but just want to blink away from the hustle and bustle of the city, they're sure to like the Potůčka. Our cottage is located on the outskirts of the village of Ostrý, which is surrounded by vast pastures and forests of the natural park Jistebnická vrchovina. Previously, there was a farmhouse with only stables and nesting swallows. Around the cottage is a large natural garden that we partially use as an ornate garden. On one side the garden is finished with a pond, a road and a neighboring house, on the other side it passes into an open landscape. A cat lives in the garden and in the house and in the yard of a chicken.

Bees, of course, can't get into the house, but you can look directly from the bed through the glass into the hive, how they work and build honeycombs. Beautiful, newly renovated and newly furnished vacation home on a great property, at a good price. Overall a bit remote, but still easy to find. For one night, it was perfect for us (2 adults and 1 child) to drive to Prague the next morning. (less than an hour from the capital). Unfortunately, we were no longer able to try the restaurant next door, as we arrived at 9:30 pm and the kitchen had already closed. But the Lidl is very close 😁 We are more than happy to recommend!
