For us, it is the perfect recreational oasis in the city with the most beautiful nature right outside the door, and easy access to the water via the swimming bridge. At the same time, there is plenty of city life on Aarhus Island with theater, cafes, restaurants, shopping and water sports just around the corner. The apartment is on 2 floors with a private entrance and views of the bay and Ris Skoven.

The house is 45 sqm and has a kitchen/living room with a sofa bed, utility room, bathroom and toilet as well as a large loft with a large double bed and 1 single bed. It is possible, by agreement, to get another bed on the loft. TV with apps. Kitchen and bathroom from 2023. The house is 100 meters from the bakery, supermarket and pharmacy. Bus connection to Aarhus outside the door. Easy access to the E45 and Herning motorway. 5 minutes to Lyngbygaard golf and 5 minutes to Aarhus Aadal golf club.

You can also go to Snaptun, from where ferries sail to the peaceful islands of Hjarnø and Endelave – perfect for a day trip in nature.

For our family, it's more than just a house. It's a warm, loving and relaxed hug. A free space from everyday life and the pace of city life. Here we can spread our arms, feel the sand between our toes, hear the waves in our ears around the clock, go for swims and walks by the beach and in the woods. It gives peace of mind to write, read, play, enjoy and reflect. We have had the house since 2016, and in 2023 we built a brand new architect-designed house on the property. Cozy 1st floor apartment on our farm, located in rural surroundings. The home is centrally located in East Jutland, 18 km from Aarhus C and 9 km from the access road to the E45 motorway. The apartment has a south/east-facing terrace, where you can grill or light a fire. There is room for four guests with the possibility of extra beds. We have a sweet, child-friendly and calm dog, as well as four tame cats, who roam freely on the property. The dog and cats are not allowed in the apartment.
