Well-located accommodation, a stone's throw from the sea. Transportation is close by and possibility to rent bikes in the area. Olivier is helpful and came to pick me up from the train station to the accommodation.

Beautiful apartment in a good location with quick and easy access to the sea. Parking is steps from the back entrance of the apartment, which is very convenient! The decor is neat and the kitchen is really very well equipped! It's quite rare to find such pretty dishes, for example! The only real downside is the noise from the front door of the residence which is close to the apartment since it is on the ground floor. If you're in room 2, expect to be woken up in the morning between 7:30am and 8:30am by tenants leaving for work!

I very much enjoyed my stay. Even though the apartment is very centrally located, you don't get anything from the hustle and bustle in the city (and in summer it can certainly get very crowded there), a few minutes to the beach and the church. Kitchen super equipped. I am very satisfied and would love to come back some time ✨😊🌈

Ideal for this short trip to All Saints' Day, with our two children. The location is impeccable, the accommodation matches what is promised, the hospitality is flawless. Private parking is a definite advantage. Florence is very nice and attentive. We thank her again.

The house is a 2 min walk to the beach which is very peaceful and not too crowded. The water is quiet, children can swim or paddleboard. The house was perfect for our large family, everything was very clean and modern.

Excellent 👌. Perfect welcome and location for the beach and the center. Terrace in front and behind very well exposed, that's a big plus. Bathroom and toilet also upstairs, so independent👍. The layout is simple but sufficient. The provision of linens and towels included would be much appreciated🤗.

Christine's place was as advertised with a nice surprise the rooftop! Well equipped accommodation, the bathroom in each room is a real plus! Christine was very accommodating for arrivals and departures and communication with her very fluid. We'll be sure to come back at the next opportunity. This place is a gem I recommend 200%!!

Super nice place to stay. Located in a small private forest and right on the beach. Very quiet, beautiful garden with pool. House also first class. Each bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Overall, a clear recommendation.

Very good stay at Grau-du-Roi at Julien's, the apartment is beautiful, functional, well-equipped, close to everything and has a beautiful view. The sofa bed is very comfortable (even for 2 adults, we left the rooms to the children). The parking space is convenient and extremely appreciated.

This was our first AirBNB experience and our stay at Anaïs' was perfect! The accommodation is very cozy, it feels very nice. The amenities provided (sheets, towels, utensils, etc.) allow us to lighten our suitcases and it is very much appreciated. And the other amenities such as fans, coffee machine, washing machine, shower gels, etc. are so convenient! The location is perfect, right next to the beach, the building is quiet, the street too. Anaïs was available to us before, during and after our stay, it was perfect. It has everything you need next door. Montpellier is quite easily accessible and Carnon-Plage is a nice location. We had a pleasant stay in Lionel and Séverine's rental. The apartment is well arranged , modern decor, beautiful harbor view and very quiet residence! We had no worries during our stay . We recommend this listing and Séverine was very responsive to our SMS requests on the Airbnb site. Booked without any hassle!
