Nice 3 bedroom house located in a small village in Cher. Close to a pretty lake with sports facilities, bakery, bar and post office. 13 km from Nevers, 25 km from Magny-Cours and 54 km from Bourges. Sancerre is 42 km away and Pouilly-sur-Loire is 33 km away. The house is located on a quiet street and has a nice little enclosed garden with shaded terrace as well as a garage. Close to the cycle route along the side canal to the Loire. Great for passing workers!

We spent 2 nights at Pauline's who welcomed us with great kindness when we arrived. She was very accommodating for check-in and check-out times. The apartment is as described, it is absolutely charming, the bed very comfortable, all tastefully decorated. We would definitely recommend this place to discover the region!

A perfect stay from start to finish! The accommodation is even better than in the photos: clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and very well-equipped. The location is ideal, close to shops. The host was responsive and caring, with lots of care (bottle of fresh water, coffee, local recommendations). I 100% recommend this place and I will definitely come back there on my next visit! A house with grandeur. Built in times when one knew what was to enjoy. Huge spaces, blissful parquet, large windows overlooking the fields where you can lose you endlessly. Laurent and his wife were perfect. The communication with Laurent (point of contact) couldn't be better. It was a privilege to stay in such a house. Thank you.

Hello We spent 4 very pleasant days with friends. This accommodation is very well-equipped, with bright decoration. The rooms are functional and the bathrooms are beautiful. Note a remarkable cleanliness. Some missing items but discussed by phone with the owner because she is very interested in feedback to further improve her home. Hi, I would recommend Sophie's place. Quiet environment in the countryside. Great for a first weekend with the family with our 9-month-old baby. Our baby slept very well in the extra baby bed offered by Sophie. Very friendly and proactive/responsive host for our comfort. Thank you very much. The accommodation itself is very comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay and especially very clean. Check-in and check-out instructions are very clear and autonomous, very practical when you have a long drive and have to adapt to the vagaries of a trip with a baby.
