beautiful 35 m2 studio, very bright thanks to its 4 windows, panoramic view, refurbished in residence with caretaker, located in the Catalans district, 500 meters from the beach. Vallon des Auffes is 5 minutes away. Quiet but nice area, cliff 100 meters away and shops at the foot of the building. Very well served by public transport. The apartment has an equipped kitchen, as well as Wi-Fi. Ideal for couples, solo and business travelers.
