Roberto is an excellent host. He accompanies you quietly and discreetly throughout the stay and is always available to answer questions. The kitchen equipment exceeds all expectations and prepares you for a nice start and stay. Gladly again and highly recommended.

Ombretta s place was very beautiful. Super cute house with two bedrooms which was very comfortable for our family of 4 . She was available for check in and gave us recommendations, showed us the house and made us feel at home . All required amenities were there . Easily accessible to restaurants by car . Quiet neighbourhood. We were to visit Assisi so this was very convenient for us , about half n hr away . Totally recommend this place .

Cottage Uliviu was a great accommodation, spacious and clean. When we needed something, we were immediately helped. The location was ideal to visit the most beautiful sights, Todi, Orvieto, Perugia... From the cottage you have beautiful cycling and hiking trails. Supermarket in Marsciano nearby. What makes the house so attractive is the beautiful and large swimming pool with a beautiful view over the valley and hills. You can find complete peace here. We met the whole family, sympathetic and cordial. Interesting also to listen to their stories. Tommaso's grandparents live on site, what an active grandmother says. Many greetings to all, and maybe see you again.

We loved our stay at this apartment! It is walkable to the local historic downtown area and just a quick drive to Assisi. Maria Francesca is such a warm and welcoming host and she was very responsive as well. We would love to return one day!

Charming little cottage to unwind in a small, secluded village to escape the hustle and bustle. During our stay it was very hot, all the pleased we were to find air conditioning in the bedroom and cool off in the pool. We had a lovely stay and happy to think about it.

Found ourselves in a bit of a dilemma as our plans had been thrown by a train strike. Robbie was our saviour. Lovely apartment, close to the station with everything you could need. Would definitely use again if I find myself in Perugia. Many thanks for everything Robbie.

An incredibly beautiful area with a dream house, perfect to switch on and enjoy the tranquility. The village is super cute and the nature is incredible.

5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

If you are looking for peace, nature and relaxation, you will find it here. There were three of us staying at the beautiful Molino Verde cottage (Apartment Ginestra) for a week and we enjoyed every moment. The apartment, the property, the garden in the olive grove and the fantastically clean and large pool are indescribably beautiful. Have visited places such as Spello, Bevagna, Montefalco, Assisi, Todi and Orvieto. Everything is easy to reach by car. Finally, there was always a refreshment in the pool. BBQ and washing machine are also available. We lacked nothing. Even in the olive oil there are cozy places with hammocks to relax. Thank you very much for the warm hospitality of Nicoletta and Fabiana, who were so sweet and accommodating. Also a very warm thank you to Saskia, who accompanied us from booking to saying goodbye. All the best, a presto family Roth Ps. Molino Verde's olive oil tastes excellent and we took stock for home right away.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming apartment in Spello, Umbria. The location was ideal – nestled within the historic town, full of character, peace, and beauty. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and full of authentic Umbrian charm. Every detail had been thoughtfully arranged to make us feel comfortable and at home. What truly made our stay exceptional was our host, Ferruccio. From the moment we booked, he was attentive, warm, and welcoming. He went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, offering excellent recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and even helping us navigate the area like a local. His hospitality made us feel not just like guests, but truly cared for. If you’re planning a visit to Umbria, we can’t recommend this apartment – and Ferruccio as a host – highly enough. It was a memorable experience, and we hope to return again soon!

We spent a couple of weeks in this beautiful apartment a stone's throw away from stunning Todi. Franco, the very friendly owner, has transformed his childhood home tastefully into a spacious, cosy and immaculate guest house. The use of traditional Umbrian materials, the comfy beds, the chimney give the place a warm atmosphere which immediately makes you feel at home. We spent a lot of time in the large garden with picturesque views across the hilly landscape around Todi. The house is just below a provincial street which thankfully isn't very busy. It's a great base to explore large parts of Umbria, from Orvieto and Perugia to Trevi and Spoleto. Franco went out of his way to make our stay worthwhile - and he very much succeeded.

A lovely and clean property with easy access to Assisi and Spello. Also well located to access historic villages nearby. Lovely host who looked after us well and made sure we were very comfortable during our stay. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this really unique accommodation. It is located in a medieval village, high on a hill. The apartment is compact, but has everything you need. The view from the balcony is fantastic. Malgorzata was a great host and very responsive when we had questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Stayed here 6 days and used as a base to see Florence, Sienna, Pienza, vineyards. Amazing. Returning to this apartment felt like home. Comfortable. Montepulciano was perfect. The view from this apartment is like a painting, as good if not better than the photos. Parking #6 was close and was manageable. The decor is eclectic but feels authentic...not too refined like many Airbnb's....just very comfortable. Very spacious. Easy for a family or three couples. Highly recommend! I would certainly rent this apartment again without hesitation. Great value.

Great location for exploring the beautiful countryside of southern Tuscany. Accommodation was great and the pool was lovely. We visited Siena, Montepulciano, Pienza and San Quirico d’Orcia and the warm waters at Terme San Filippo We would definitely recommend the Coop in Torrenieri just 10 mins in the car, a bit tricky to find but has all that you need.

We absolutely loved it and would definitely want to return there - a very special place, lovely people - a real holiday!

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at Alessandro’s and Sonja’s place. They helped a lot with very good recommendations for local restaurants and things to see and do around. The apartment was very clean and cute, even though it was quite moist probably due to lower temperatures in May. For the summer months we can imagine it it is very cooling and perfect for sleeping. We can highly recommend the Castello and would always come back ☺️

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

Fabrizio was an amazing host! We made a spontaneous choice to stay in Perugia after our friend’s wedding in Tuscany and the magic continued. The location was central and a blissful walk to the city centre which is full of history and beauty. Coming back to Fabrizio’s place made our stay even better. A very modern design, good energy making it easy to relax, cook and enjoy. We highly recommend and we’ll be coming back on our next visit. Thank you!

Elias was an amazing host! He was friendly, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive he even reached out before we arrived to make sure everything was set for our stay, and checked in on us during the trip to see if we needed anything. His home in Montepulciano is absolutely beautiful spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything we could have wanted. It truly felt like a home away from home.
