Beautiful and comfortable villa situated on a secure, private estate just minutes from the airport. Very friendly, helpful and responsive hosts, cannot recommended them highly enough. An overnight storm caused an issue with the pool and the electric gates, within minutes of making the hosts aware it was being dealt with and the hosts even sent us a delivery of donuts for the inconvenience! So thoughtful and a lovely touch.

Maison sympathique dans l’ensemble avec un très bel extérieur (piscine, salle de sport, terrain sport, jardin). Personnel très gentil et réactif si besoin. Petit point négatif avec certains équipements manquants ou en panne : lave vaisselle, machine à laver, peu de matériel pour cuisiner et assiettes, couverts, verres. Non précisé dans l’annonce le hammam est payant au bout de 2 utilisations.

An excellent stay overall, marked by clear communication and prompt responses that made the experience smooth from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The property is beautifully presented/spacious, thoughtfully appointed, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Located in a peaceful, secure neighborhood, it offers the added advantage of being within easy walking distance of the medina and main square/around 15 minutes at a brisk pace. It’s also just a stone’s throw from a number of charming artisanal boutiques that lend the area real character. All in all, a brilliant experience. Sincere thanks to Joëlle, Thierry and the wider team for their warm hospitality. I will return!!

Appartement dans un quartier et batiment sécuritaire. L'hôte était réactif et répondait rapidement aux messages. Le logement se trouvait au coeur de Marrakech ce qui permettait de facilement visiter la ville. Il était bien rangé et équipé avec ce qu'il fallait. Le wifi marchait très bien aussi. Juste prendre note que le logement donne sur une rue avec beaucoup de circulation alors si vous avez le sommeil sensible je recommande de prendre des bouchons pour le bruit.

Notre expérience a été très L'appartement était superbe et la réception était incroyable. positive et nous avons beaucoup apprécié jouer à la Playstation avec une vue imprenable sur le jardin privé et l'Atlas.L'appartement répondait à tous les besoins essentiels et secondaires, et les chambres étaient confortables et spacieuses.Reda a été à l'écoute, nous a donné tous les conseils nécessaires et nous a proposé plusieurs activités qui nous avons réservé par son biais.Nous avons été très satisfait , en plus de la location de la voiture c a été rapide et avec des attentes raisonnables. Je serai de retour Merci et à bientôt Inshalah 😄

The lovely couple who owned this stunning place went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, offering warm hospitality, quick communication, and thoughtful local recommendations that really enhanced my stay. The location was just right—peaceful yet conveniently close to attractions, restaurants, and public transport. A few standout features included the very tasteful decor throughout, cozy TV lounge and the well-stocked kitchen. It’s rare to find a place that blends elegance, comfort, and convenience so seamlessly. I wish there was a higher rating than 5 stars and I would gladly rate this apartment at that level. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette villa. Fahd n’étant pas présent sur place, il est joignable très rapidement par message pour vous répondre. Le gardien des lieux, Imad est d’une gentillesse incroyable ! La villa est quant à elle comme sur les photos, belle, calme, spacieuse. La piscine est également très grande. Et comme indiqué sur la description la voiture vous sera indispensable pour pouvoir profiter des alentours.

für einen Kurztrip sehr gut geeignet. Ich würde Europäischen Reisenden empfehlen zumindest die Anforderungen an Bad/ Dusche flach zu halten. Ansonsten super lieber und kooperativer Gastgeber, hat zu allem möglichen uns beraten und weiter geholfen.

Le logement de Mario est très bien placé et tout est fait pour passer un bon séjour . Séjour en juillet pour ma part il faisait très chaud mais la piscine très grande est très propre et la climatisation dans l’appartement qui fonctionne très bien est un vrai plus. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

The apartment is clean, well maintained, bright and sunny, very comfortable, with a great and well stocked kitchen and good plumbing (shower water pressure). The furniture is clean, functional and comfortable. Youssef is available, kind, generous, and prompt to answer any questions or to fix any problems, both prior to check-in, and during the stay. I highly recommend this listing.
