Die Unterkunft ist einwandfrei! Schön eingerichtet, Sauber! Die Kommunikation mit Rachida war super freundlich und sie war immer schnell zu erreichen. Meriem hat uns so freundlich begrüßt, lecker Frühstück zubereitet und uns wie zuhause fühlen lassen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und hat einen tollen Ausblick in das Atlasgebirge. kleinen Punktabzug gab es für den Zustand der Umgebung - die Nachbarhäuser sind nach dem Erdbeeben noch alle im Aufbau, es wurde viel gearbeitet. Wir haben uns trotzdem rundum wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft von Preis Leistung empfehlen

Great Airbnb. Franck’s place is just as expected like the photos. Very comfortable. Also, their cook, Latifah was wonderful! We had a good breakfast, tasty tagine and the best of it was how warm she welcomed us! I’d definitely recommend it

Not sure where to start but Let me summarize that I have stayed at AirBnb’s around the globe and this was the best one to date! For more details: the host Hannah was super responsive, and proactive. Abdel was always available to answer questions, solve and fix anything we needed. Rachida’s breakfast was perfect. We also ordered dinner one night that Rachida cooked for us. The lamb tagine was the best we had in all of Marrakesh- this is a must try if you like your tagine to be balanced in sweet and savory. All in all a highly customer focused staff at our disposal throughout. We are a family of 4, including kids. Our boys had a wonderful time at the Riad and we all loved the incorporation of indoor/outdoor space, just like the pics. The location was fantastic - walkable and hip. Like many Riads around, this is not close to a drivable street, but Abdel was with us to show us in and out and also arranged for a cart to get our luggage to the car. A five star accommodation!

À mon arrivée j étais un peu sceptique concernant le quartier, mais j ai rapidement découvert une vie de quartier authentique et traditionnelle, C est ce qui fait tout le charme de ce Riad : on est plongé au cœur de la vraie vie locale, au plus près des habitants et de leur quotidien.Le Riad en lui même est impeccable très propre, bien entretenu avec une équipe réactive chaleureuse et toujours à l écoute , Les chambres sont confortables et décorées avec goût. Le jacuzzi un vrai plus idéal pour se détendre après une journée de découverte . Une très belle expérience ! Je recommande les yeux fermés

Dès la réservation Cristina & Paolo ont été très réactifs et ont préparé au mieux notre arrivée. Nous avons été émerveillées par la beauté du riad et la gentillesse du personnel. Ce riad est le lieu idéal pour se rassembler ef partager des moments conviviaux. Je remercie encore l’ememble du personnel pour leur disponibilité.

Super séjour ! Le riad était magnifique, très propre et super bien décoré. On s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise. Merci encore pour l’accueil. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

This was one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed at and I can’t recommend it enough!! The riad is gorgeous, spacious, and clean as well as very centrally located to all of Marrakech’s major sites. Bahia was an amazing help and always went above and beyond for us - answering all our questions, giving us directions, printing our boarding passes, and cooking us a delicious breakfast every morning. Our visit to Marrakech would not have been the same without her. Do not hesitate to book this place!!

Notre autre Fouzia est charmante disponible de bons conseils pour trouver les moyens de transport ,sur les activités touristiques ,merci pour Aghafay et pour les restos. Appartement agréable au 4e étage d'un immeuble avec ascenseur à un quart d'heure en voiture de la médina donc très calme

Notre expérience a été très L'appartement était superbe et la réception était incroyable. positive et nous avons beaucoup apprécié jouer à la Playstation avec une vue imprenable sur le jardin privé et l'Atlas.L'appartement répondait à tous les besoins essentiels et secondaires, et les chambres étaient confortables et spacieuses.Reda a été à l'écoute, nous a donné tous les conseils nécessaires et nous a proposé plusieurs activités qui nous avons réservé par son biais.Nous avons été très satisfait , en plus de la location de la voiture c a été rapide et avec des attentes raisonnables. Je serai de retour Merci et à bientôt Inshalah 😄

Je recommande à 1000% cet appartement ! Un coup de cœur autant pour l’hôte Adil que pour son logement. Une résidence au calme disposant de tous les services possible avec plusieurs piscines et des activités pour les enfants ainsi qu’un restaurant au bord de la piscine avec des prix très accessibles et abordables. Concernant le logement nous n’avons aucune remarque négative à faire tout était fonctionnel, propre, cozy avec prime un rooftop aménagé pour prolonger les nuits à Marrakech. Pour terminer un petit mot pour vous Adil, représentant l’accueil chaleureux et bienveillant des marocains. Il a su nous mettre à l’aise et nous proposer des adresses et des plans activités aux prix défiant toute concurrence. Il est disponible 7j/7 pour toutes demandes. A travers son appartement, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité, il a fait de notre passage à Marrakech une expérience encore plus magique. Merci !

Un appartement très propre et calme, et comme ce qui apparaît sur les photos. Ilham et Hamza étaient très sympa et accueillants. J'ai passé un bon séjour. Je ne raterai pas l'occasion pour y revenir. Un grand merci ✌️

Ahmed was an excellent communicator and stayed in touch through our stay. The apartment has a great location if you want to stay inside the Medina. It was surprisingly quiet as well. The furnishings were traditional and basic, rather than luxurious, which is reflective of the very reasonable price paid. I would recommend it as a great, low cost option.

la casa e meravigliosa super pulita non manca nulla il top la piscina nel condominio per un po di relax lui e la moglie gestiscono il beb in modo straordinario in qualsiasi orario rispondono se hai bisogno e sono sempre super disponibili la casa e molto confortevole in un ottimo punto vicino a tutte le attrazioni e in una zona molto tranquilla e sicura c'è vicino carrefour e una pasticceria straordinario buona !

J’ai une nouvelle fois passé un séjour exceptionnel chez Khalil. L’appartement est situé dans une résidence de très haut standing, idéalement placée en plein cœur de Marrakech. Dès l’entrée, on remarque immédiatement la qualité de la décoration : chaque détail a été pensé avec goût et raffinement, créant une ambiance chaleureuse et élégante. L’appartement est très lumineux grâce à sa belle exposition, et offre une vue reposante sur le patio intérieur de la résidence. La propreté des lieux est irréprochable, tout est parfaitement entretenu, ce qui donne une vraie sensation de confort et de bien-être. Les équipements sont modernes et haut de gamme : électroménager complet, literie confortable, climatisation efficace… tout est pensé pour rendre le séjour agréable et sans souci. C’est un lieu où l’on se sent comme chez soi, voire mieux. Ce n’est pas mon premier séjour chez Khalil et et ce ne sera certainement pas le dernier. C’est toujours un plaisir d’y revenir, je recommande 🤗✅?

The Riad was beautiful and even better than the pictures. It was a perfect location within the Medina and walking distance to most attractions. Alice has done a great job decorating the place. Abdou and Fatima made our stay seamless, easy and special. They made a great spread every morning for breakfast. Abdou was particularly helpful in making restaurant suggestions…Atay Cafe and L’Mida were both great choices.

I cannot give this team enough praise. Property manager Abdo and cook/maid Naima are an excellent team…helpful, communicative and kind. The team arranged the transfer from the airport for a fee and Abdo met us as the home. The location is perfect…in the middle of the Medina but quiet. The design was excellent…high quality European design with gorgeous colors, fabrics and furnishings. The unit has a hammam and massage table on bottom level…incredible…and the team will arrange for your spa treatments! The rooftop pool and deck were a joy to experience the calls to prayer and sunset views over the Medina. Indeed, coming home to this unit was the highlight of the visit to Marrakesh. Thank you for the memories!

Et helt fantastisk ophold – 5/5 stjerner uden tvivl! Boligen var smuk, ren og stemningsfuld, med en vidunderlig tagterrasse hvor man kunne nyde jacuzzien. Morgenmaden var lækker og serveret med stor omhu. Men det absolut bedste var medarbejdernes uovertrufne service – altid hjælpsomme, imødekommende og klar til at gøre opholdet så behageligt som muligt. Vi følte os velkommne fra start til slut. Kan varmt anbefales. Vi kommer igen 😁

Faysal’s place was super clean and very beautiful. Loved all the details of the place. Faysal was super communicative + checking in was easy - he made sure to greet us in person and walk us around to see the rooftop. He was also super helpful by setting up transportation to the airport and hot air balloon excursion for us! The local cat Juliette is the sweetest too, definitely made the stay so memorable!

Un séjour parfait ! Le logement était impeccable, encore mieux que sur les photos. Mention spéciale au personnel : chaleureux, réactif et aux petits soins. Je recommande à 100 % et je reviendrai sans hésiter !
