Monthly Rentals in Marquette-lez-Lille

Very pleasant stay in this accommodation, located in a peaceful and renovated area of the Lille metropolis on the banks of Deûle, in the city of Marquette. The apartment is very clean and warm, and has a balcony with a beautiful view on the edge of Deûle on the seventh floor of a new building. The place is well insulated and we didn't have any noise or temperature issues. A numbered location was included for our vehicle in a large private car park at the foot of the residences. Also, a large "game bar" type bistro recently opened at the foot of the neighboring building, 30 meters from the entrance. A little further, 200 meters away is a convenience store for small errands. We appreciated the communication with our host Stéphanie who was proactive, concise and caring when it came to informing us about minor details not mentioned and the access instructions. It's a good value and I'll keep a good memory of it

The place is perfect for students as you have your own room to study and the living room and kitchen are big enough. It was close to public transport and had all the things necessary to live perfectly. Aurelie is very kind and is always available for any issues that arise. I would really recommend this place!

Divine quality stay - Annette and Stéphane accepted that the vehicle be parked in the inner courtyard of their home, it is a great privilege. Everything was perfect from the extreme cleanliness to the amenities in the apartment. There were 3 of us and one bedroom for each with private sink, the best. The outside view was super nice and absolute calm. The contact was of high quality with always a friendly and charming response to the questions asked. This is a property to remember without moderation, I will happily come back.

Very nice accommodation, easy access to bus lines to reach the center of Lille. Well equipped. Merchants nearby. Our host Franck was very friendly. Recommended place to stay.
