We were able to extend one night (uncomplicated) because the tranquility, nature, and atmosphere made us feel so comfortable. Great place to relax and get away from everyday life. By car you can reach magical beaches within a short time, you can walk the Fisherman's Trail. Nature is simply impressive at this time of year. Overall, a place we'd love to return to.

Great place to stay. Away from the hustle and bustle yet never far from being able to explore the western Algarve by car. A really interesting place, very well equipped kitchen and super comfy bed and big space to relax. Definitely recommend taking deet if you’re susceptible to mozzie bites!

The first thing to mention was how friendly and helpful Carlos was. The pictures show something of the beautiful grounds though not too many of the inside. Actually the house itself was very comfortable and the stairs were no problem. Nice to be able to do a load of laundry. One reviewer mentions problem with a low bathroom ceiling but this is really not an issue. It’s a very peaceful and quiet environment and if the weather was more cooperative we would have loved to stay longer and hike the hills.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Rosa very much. Sigrid was very responsive and met us to show us parking. The apartment is very unique and full of character with many lovely details. It is equipped with everything you need.
