Vacation rentals with lake access in Marmara Region

We were satisfied as a stay, communication was quick, everything was clean. Maybe kitchen utensils and plates etc. can be increased and they will be made.

Thank you so much to our host who took care of us since the first day we hired him. He took care of us from Z and helped us. The house was very nice, the location was convenient to go by public transportation. There were many grocery stores nearby. The house was spotless, the pool temperature was perfect, the depth was 1.50 cm. We were able to swim and have fun with 6 people, we are planning to come back, we had a very nice day.

It is our second time staying at her place and this time, we even enjoyed the use of the fireplace! There were also clean towels and even linens for my kids who preferred to sleep on the convertible couches. The kitchen is also fully functional and has enough materials to use for cooking. We were also able to do barbecue for a couple of our meals.

we had a very nice holiday as in our own summer house, quiet, calm, peaceful, with birds chirping with the sounds of the waves and the sea view. The villa is beautiful, just like the pictures, the house items and furniture have been carefully selected . In a nice location for those who are considering the sea and nature holiday together; we would like to thank the ifaze and wife, who takes care of the house and our neighbor, for their treats and nice conversations. The apartment was suitable for gathering of families instead of being separated in hotel rooms. It's located at the top of a 4-storey building. A short flight of stairs led to the elevator. Free parking at the compound. Everyone had their own beds, saloon/living room was big and nice for family gatherings and meals. We had a lovely barbeque at the balcony which oversees greenery. Groceries were easily available from local supermarkets. Mr Ahmet welcomed us upon arrival and also at departure. He was quick in response. Overall a comfortable stay in an unassuming apartment.

I had a fantastic experience at Hüseyin's spacious apartment! It's conveniently located just 10 minutes from the airport. The self-check-in was seamless, and Hüseyin’s communication was excellent. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Highly recommended!

Clean sweet, reliable, I'd like to stay again

It was amazing. The room was tidy and clean, and the view is absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood is lively during the day, but quiet and safe at night. Bulut, the host was very nice, friendly and helpful. He answered really fast, gave us tips, when we were on the terrace, he always gave us food and drinks, and when an earthquake happened, he took care of us and made sure we were okay. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, both the room and Bulut (and his parents) are amazing, we highly recommend staying here.

Had a wonderful stay! The location was extremely convenient to all the historic sites (either walkable or via transit) while also being very local. Great artisanal shops and local restaurants in the neighbourhood. Can as a host is very proactive and responsive. He provided us with clear instructions, great recommendations, and answered all our questions. The home was very clean, spacious, and well equipped. Of you're in Istanbul, this is the place to stay!

I liked this apartment last year so I stayed again for two months. Spacious, nicely decorated top floor flat with access to the roof terrace. Very quite building in the best location in Balat. Easy, short walk to buses and the ferry station. Everything works in the apartment and the marble Turkish bath is luxurious. I especially like the neighborhood because in the immediate area, near the apartment, normal, local people reside. You can experience Turkish culture instead of being in a tourist area. A few blocks away are restaurant, bakeries, grocery stores, etc. Overall, I highly recommend the apartment, the neighborhood and the host. All are superb!

The place we stayed was quite nice and clean. It was within walking distance of the center. The host was also very caring and helpful. But there were a lot of dogs in İğneadada and the people there said they were aggressive, frankly we were also afraid to hike in the forest because it was very scary. Other than that, it's a nice quiet place. I would recommend this house for those who are considering going.

A place where you can be in touch with nature. The house had everything from a dishwasher to air conditioning. The view from Orhangazi- Iznik road to the house is also great. Iznik and Orhangazi districts are also quite close. For those who do not have private vehicles, public transportation vehicles are very close to the location of the house. The hot spring will be opened soon, and we were a little relaxed in the nearby little hot spring. I look forward to coming back.

Mr. Haluk was very interested, available at any time, and thought of every detail and prepared it in advance. There was nothing missing in the house. The kitchen supplies were sufficient. The house gets very warm after the stove is lit, he is completely helpful with these issues, so we did not have any cold problems. It's very quiet around and there were roads for hiking as well. You can sit in the garden and spend time by the fire, or you can enjoy and chat with the view upstairs. There is no grocery store nearby, you have to go by car so it needs to be prepared. The phone doesn't work much, but we don't mind, we come here to get away from them. I recommend it to everyone, have a nice one in advance. Footnote: get back out of the parking lot:)

Ms. Ayşe was very caring, very friendly. Thanks to them, they took care of everything we needed. We went with our dog, he had a private garden and a very nice well-maintained garden. We want to go at a better time and take a walk by the lake. They built a fire corner in the garden, which was very enjoyable. Very close to Istanbul, the roads are very pleasant and comfortable. Weekends are a beautiful place to escape, especially to find peace. Thanks to Ms. Ayşe, you can also feel at home

The house was super cute and we were super happy. Calm, relaxing location directly at the river and with a cute garden. She even brought us some toasts for breakfast and was super kind when we checked out slightly late. 10/10 happy. The kitchen only has a small stove (as seen in the pictures) but there is a gas cooker and a large pan if you ask for it. Thanks!

Mr. Oğuzhan responded to our questions quickly and in a relevant way from the beginning. We entered the house very comfortably. The house was spotless and had everything and even more that might be needed for a stay. We've spent two very peaceful days. Right next to the lake, you can take a walk and enjoy the calm.
