Mr. Akın was very helpful with everything. We felt she was trying to make us comfortable at home. The house was a very warm environment, it was enjoyable. The house looks like it sleeps 9, but it's a small L armchair where two people will sleep. It wasn't a problem for us, but it should be considered.

The villa was very beautiful, clean and pleasant. We had everything we needed. The pool was also very nice and spacious. Mr. Boğaç was also helpful with everything. It was a very nice resting holiday for us.

A full price performance house. The hot pool was very good. Very close to grocery stores, bakeries, etc. It was clean and tidy. We stayed comfortably for 10 people, but the house has 1 double bed and 2 single beds. There are armchairs, etc. There is a tea maker and coffee maker in the kitchen. All the specified amenities are available and working. I recommend.

We stayed in the villa for 5 days was very fun, entertaining and very suitable for children. The farm is full of fruit trees. We were very impressed with the kitchen, it is complete and stylish utensils. The only negative is that electricity has been cut off twice and every time we have to communicate with the host and give us instructions in order to maintain air conditioners . Mosquitoes are very annoying in the area even with the use of protection creams and sprays who want to live here should expect it

We went to our friends for a weekend together and were incredibly satisfied. It had a very large garden. We came with our dogs and they enjoyed it just as much as we have. Everything was considered at the resort. We didn't miss anything. The amenities in both outdoor and indoor spaces were great. Mr. Birol greeted us at the entrance and told us about the house, and when he left, he came to travel. Thank you so much for your interest. We had such a pleasant time that we started planning when we would arrive again before our vacation was over. I can recommend it to everyone, they can come without hesitation.

We stayed for 2 nights as 8 adults and 2 children. The house is great, the living room is wonderful, the garden is very peaceful. Thankfully, Mr. Gokhan made quick and positive contributions to all our questions. We were very satisfied with everything. A home we want to come to again and again.

We rented a place through this application for the first time, the owners of the villa, father, son, very polite, and humble. We got an immediate answer to all our questions. Even though the weather was rainy, the pool was so hot that we could get in even in the evening. The rooms are immaculately spacious and definitely one of the best if you are going to keep them on the sides of Kartepe. They really deserve the money you give to the fullest. It's been our favorite place.

We are very satisfied with the house we rented for our bachelorette party. Ms. Ümit was very hospitable. She was very helpful with our requests. The cleanliness was as we expected. The fireplace needs to be lit and additional payment for the wood.

The house is great. We gathered 8 people to celebrate. We went with twin babies. They provided two high chairs and a park bed. Everything and everything was clean and the pool was very nice. Of course, there is a clear smell of chlorine from those used for heating and cleaning purposes, but if not, we could have doubted cleanliness. Next time, we will take bathrobes and garden slippers with us. It was not a good idea to use the bath towels by the pool, we made a mistake

The house was as pictured and quite clean. The house and the pool were heated before we arrived, all the items and supplies we would need in the house were available, towels, slippers, barbecue and fire pit supplies, cleaning supplies, etc. There was wifi in the house and it was everywhere without any problems, and Netflix was also available. The kitchen was built-in and the machines were all working properly. We also used the washing machine in the bathroom and we were satisfied with it, and it would have been much nicer if there was a tumble dryer. The hot tub was quite big and worked fine. The temperature of the pool was very good, we used it comfortably during the day and at night. The garden was quite spacious, with very good lighting and having a dining table in the barbecue area was also very pleased with us. We had a pleasant time both inside the house and in the garden. Her privacy was also quite good, both the garden walls were high and not too low with the neighbors. Having an indoor garage in the garden was also an extra benefit. Our host was also very caring and helpful.
