Waterfront vacation rentals in Marmara Region

Second time here, great area with bars and restaurants full of locals, easy access to sights by ferry and bus/tram.

I have rented several times from Furkan, alot of different apartments on different locations. All of them offer great value. Furkan the host and Emin the maintenance guy are very friendly and good people. I highly recommend.

This flat has a view of the Bosphorus strait that would be hard to beat. The view is worth every penny. The flat is two stories. Level 1 has both bedrooms, and a full bathroom (shower only). Level 2 has a living area, kitchen, balcony, and a small bathroom with only a toilet and sink. Note that the ceiling slants in the bathroom and may make it uncomfortable to use for taller people. The balcony has an amazing view of the strait, and the Asia-side of the city. You can spend hours watching the fishing boats, and cargo and cruise ships motor by. There are about 40 stairs to navigate from the street to the flat. I believe if you let the host know your arrival and departure times, he will meet you at the flat and help with your luggage. Near the tram, which can take you to the Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Spice Market, Taksim Square, and other Istanbul attractions. Bring your walking shoes. Also, the host was amazing. We highly recommend this flat.

I wasn’t expecting such a beautiful flat given the reasonable price and INCREDIBLE location! As others have noted, it’s just off of a major street so there can be some noise and light pollution from party boats, but not a bad problem to have. The kitchen is well equipped. Apart from the salon, the apartment is a bit dark and some light bulbs were out. There is an abundance of storage! We also had a high chair and a crib available (more of a pack and play—our baby wouldn’t sleep in it but the host made it available!). The location and the view from the salon are the highlights here. Less than 5 minutes to the tram, the kabataș ferry station and the funicular to Taksim, not to mention the gorgeous dolmabaçe mosque right out the window, the with palace just beyond that has a lovely seaside cafe. There is a very slight incline from the Main Street to the flat—enough to create some distance but easily walkable for our elderly relatives. Look forward to staying here again!

I had an amazing stay at SeaView Grand in Istanbul! The place was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful location. A special thanks to Yunus, who provided outstanding service—he even helped deliver my suitcase after I accidentally left it behind. He is truly trustworthy and went above and beyond to help. I highly recommend SeaView Grand and Yunus’s excellent service to anyone visiting Istanbul!

Simply fantastic! The property offers breathtaking views and is equipped with everything you need. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful – you immediately feel welcome. I am grateful to have experienced this special atmosphere. Nearby, there is a secure parking lot where you can park the car for relatively little money. Absolutely recommended!

Highly recommended to anyone looking to relax in nice apartment close to public transport plaice was really clean. Really big space nice kitchen with lots of space living area to chill nice table for breakfast and each room has bathroom Ali as a host really nice comunication with him highly recommended

First of all, hello, we are very happy that we went to such a house and met such a host under the conditions of Turkey, we stayed for 2 nights, they took care of us for everything and the view was perfect, we are definitely planning to go again 💯💯💯

First of all, we had a very nice time, the house garden and pool were perfect. Mr. Hasan was in communication with us, he was very understanding and hospitable. Her brother delivered the house to us, and she was very nice and welcoming. The items in the house were old. The tables have lace on the consoles and they were all very dusty. We advise you not to step on the carpets barefoot. The plastics on the floor in the bathroom were very worn out and broken. There were huge cobwebs and spiders all over the house. But if there are people you enjoy with you for general accommodation, your enjoyment in the pool and garden is priceless. We enjoyed it immensely and highly recommend it.

Very nice place, on a nice street. Cars hardly drive by and it's pretty quiet at night. If you want to sleep at night, this is the place for you. The host met me and handed over the keys. Very friendly, showed us everything. The apartment has everything you need and working. The only thing is that the fridge worked strangely; it defrosted at times and became wet.. The beds are comfortable, my son slept very well. And that's the main thing! Among the disadvantages: a smoky living room and ashtrays. People smoke in the apartment, and for non-smokers it is a test. The windowsills in the bedrooms and living room are quite low, you need to be very careful. Plus, some of the furniture is falling apart. In all other respects, we had a great vacation and my son really liked it. Thank you and prosperity to you.

we had a very nice holiday as in our own summer house, quiet, calm, peaceful, with birds chirping with the sounds of the waves and the sea view. The villa is beautiful, just like the pictures, the house items and furniture have been carefully selected . In a nice location for those who are considering the sea and nature holiday together; we would like to thank the ifaze and wife, who takes care of the house and our neighbor, for their treats and nice conversations. It was an extremely nice experience, the house has everything you could need. It has a great view. Mr. Mehmet was helpful in everything. We are very satisfied, we are planning to come back.

Niche is an amazing host Very helpful from the beginning untill we check out The apartment is tastefully decorated and big enough for our group of 5 people 1 has slept on the sofa in the living room which was very comfortable The beds were high end quality and very comfortable to sleep Even though the apartment is located right next to Galata tower the neighborhood was very quite a hidden gem Surrounded by Many restaurants shops and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to discover Tram metro even ferries just few minutes away by walk We really enjoyed our stay at Niche’s place and definatelly book this place again

We spent total of six nights and enjoyed everyday and everything. The flat is clean, modern and comfortable. The owner and his team are very friendly and helpful. It’s a bit of away from the city center but it has good public transport connections. We highly recommend it!!
