Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Marmara Region

Our stay was great! The house was very clean, comfortable and just as it appeared in the photos. The location was also quite advantageous, we were able to reach everywhere easily. Ms. Fatma and Mr. Refik are very sweet, friendly people. They were very interested in us and answered our questions right away. Their dog, Karamel, is also a world sweet dog. We loved the house. It was very clean and tidy. The decor was also very nice. There were nice details to make you smile in every corner. We had two calm, peaceful days in nature. It was a very nice experience for us. The apartment was suitable for gathering of families instead of being separated in hotel rooms. It's located at the top of a 4-storey building. A short flight of stairs led to the elevator. Free parking at the compound. Everyone had their own beds, saloon/living room was big and nice for family gatherings and meals. We had a lovely barbeque at the balcony which oversees greenery. Groceries were easily available from local supermarkets. Mr Ahmet welcomed us upon arrival and also at departure. He was quick in response. Overall a comfortable stay in an unassuming apartment.

I would like to thank Ms. Cemre for her attention. The apartment was more perfect than I expected. It was a place where I couldn't see the view that I felt like I was in my own home. You can stay with the convenience of Gonul, I can be a reference 😊

Great appartement and view

great place to stay. lots of space, the bedroom is massive! Super responsive host, very helpful. the views at the top of the street are stunning. 30 min walk into town or a 10 min walk into the bars and restaurants nearby. there is also a shop a few doors down which is very useful. would defo stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in the heart of Istanbul! The location is perfect — right in the center, close to great restaurants and all the main tourist spots. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had a kitchen which was super convenient. The highlight of our stay was definitely the host, Volkan — incredibly kind, accommodating, and thoughtful (thank you for the beautiful socks!). The only small issue was that the hot water runs out a bit fast, but everything else was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend this place if you're visiting Istanbul!

Great apartment in an awesome location...close to the action and an easy walk to places of interest. Host runs a shop downstairs and is super friendly and helpful. Place was super clean and just as described. Definitely not a place to stay if you have any mobility issues. located far from where cars can easily get and up 4 flights of spiral stairwell, but if you are mibile it is perfect.

Wonderful cozy apartment in a very nice area of ​​Istanbul. Everything in the house is done with soul and for a comfortable stay. Fully equipped kitchen, good towels, cleanliness in the house. Lots of space and light, beautiful interior. On the first floor of the building there is a very good restaurant where you can enjoy Turkish breakfast. Perhaps, because of the restaurant in the house it is a little noisy in the morning, but this is not critical, after 23.00 it is already quiet. The apartments are located near the center, you can walk to the Sultanahmet area (45 minutes), if you prefer to get to the center by transport - there is very convenient transport accessibility, 2 minutes from the house of your choice - a bus stop, a high-speed tram stop and a ferry pier. There are many cozy cafes and restaurants in Balat, narrow streets, cobblestone pavement. The apartment is located near the embankment, you can walk to the Galata Bridge. We will be happy to come back!

A peaceful environment with birds chirping and lush views. There are two pools on site; the heated pool was warm day and night, and the other pool is ideal for summer. The social area of the house was quite enjoyable. Around the fire pit, we were able to spend time comfortably even if it was raining thanks to the top protection. The BBQ area was right next to us and the outdoor lighting was also adequate. Both the space and the number of rooms are quite sufficient for crowded stays. Kitchen utensils are well thought out; there is also an automatic coffee maker that you can use if you bring your coffee beans. There are many grocery options to meet your needs about 15 minutes away by car. However, if you bring all your needs with you when you arrive, I can say that a flawless stay awaits you.

The house of dreams and everything that corresponds to the pictures is calm, dormant and very suitable. We have a good and excellent time.

There was a perfect atmosphere with the chance to meet the snowfall. It's an environment where you can feel at home with all the amenities provided. The view of the house was very nice with all the details. It was especially enjoyable to spend the entire evening with the fireplace. The host's interest and relevance was complete.

A very nice choice for families who want to relax in nature, away from the center. The host is helpful. I will write a few shortcomings of the house to improve themselves. You definitely need a bigger and more advanced smart TV. Internet is a big problem for those who say I work on PC and have a vacation. There was no wifi. They need to take action on the house internet. The pool temperature was warm even at the max setting, it would be better if it could be a little warmer. Other than that, everything was very nice, I recommend it.
