To the Tauber Valley cycle path approx. 2 km, to the Main Valley cycle path approx. 10 km. The surroundings, Spessart and Odenwald are very popular with hikers. Many attractions are in the vicinity. Are you looking for a quiet place to stay, would you like to spend your free time in the countryside and at the same time live near the city center? You can do this in our sunny 2-room apartment (65 m²) in Frauenland with a large southwest terrace and direct access to the pool and garden. The pool and garden are also used by us. A kettle grill is available for grilling. With bus lines 14, 114 and 214 you can reach the city center in 10 minutes and the university at Hubland in 2 minutes.

All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world."
