It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

When in the morning, alongside the chirping of birds, the woodpecker hammers hard to replace the alarm clock and a trollish squirrel looks through the window with animal curiosity, then treetop happiness is perfect. Anyone who lives in a tree house can experience a touch of adventure. Our tree houses are equipped with shower, toilet, kitchen, WiFi, TV, infrared heating. Up to four people can sleep in the bunk bed and double bed made of pine wood. If you wish, we can prepare breakfast for you.

In the sleepy village of Böllstein lies "das Ima," a cottage that was built in the 18th century as a farmhouse. After many renovations and extensions, the house is now equipped with three bedrooms (2 with doors and one with a curtain), plus a fireplace room, open kitchen, summer kitchen, open gallery and many books. Our cozy apartment in Uffenheim, in the heart of the Franconian wine region, offers the perfect starting point for nature walks and cultural excursions. A well-kept feel-good atmosphere awaits you on 65 square meters. Enjoy the tranquility and explore nearby attractions such as Rothenburg ob der Tauber and Würzburg. Relax in the Franconian thermal baths or the Franconian open-air museum of Bad Windsheim. Local restaurants and shops are within easy reach.

We rent a lovingly renovated small house (80 sqm) in the old town of Marktheidenfeld, just a few steps away from the Main, directly on the Main bike trail. 4 living and sleeping rooms, a kitchen and a spacious bathroom are spread over 2 floors. A terrace invites you to relax. The price refers to an occupancy of up to 2 people, each additional person costs €10. Regardless of the length of stay, we charge a €45 final cleaning fee. Minimum stay 4 nights.

Witch's house at the Spessart Forest

Idyllic tiny house in the middle of nature, on the edge of the Snow White town of Lohr am Main. In the house, built in 2022, there is a living area, kitchen, bathroom and a cozy bedroom in the attic. The private terrace overlooking the Spessart Forest invites you to dream. The hiking trail starts right outside the door. Two-legged friends are rarely seen here, but four-legged friends are. Our small zoo consists of dogs, cats and mini pigs.

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.
