Both apartments are located on the ground floor inside the house. The accommodation is ideal for up to 2 or 4 people, and a baby cot and extra bed can be requested! It is also excellent for students and travelers. It is located right in the center of downtown, but it is located on a quiet, cozy street. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit to the city.

The Rózsafaház is a modernized alpine chalet on the Szabó Hill in Kőszeg, in the area of the Írottkő Nature Park, which can be reached by asphalt and forest roads. The house is surrounded by a forest garden, where the green area is well-kept, a garden barbecue clearing, and a playground are available. The building has a panoramic terrace with great views of Transdanubia and the Kőszeg Mountains. The house consists of a kitchen-dining-bedroom (with fireplace) and a bathroom with shower, and upstairs there is a sleeping gallery.

It has been around for more than a century, is in top condition, convinces with its quiet charisma, invites you to relax from everyday life and is only suitable for fit people, as the upper floor is accessible with an extendable staircase. No neighbors, no Wi-Fi but electricity, running water and cell phone reception. Getting up with the deer and rabbits is not uncommon.
