The cottage is as shown in the photos and equipped with every comfort! Everything has been thought of. At the table you can sit with a view of the water where many birds can be seen. When we arrived there was snow and ice which was beautiful to see. In the second half of the week it was so hot that we could sit outside. We have enjoyed the place and the silence. Very nice, clean house. Very effective clima in each bedroom and livingroom, two bathrooms. You must be aware, that to get to the room on the first floor you must use the ladder. The park is very nice, a lot of space arround the house. Planty of Birds arround. Very clear instructions how to get to the house with the map how to find the house in the park. Only anoying thing is, that we were charged of 250 Euro for cleaning and at the and of the day we had to do number of cleaning by ourselves. I do not find it fair.

Lovely cabin in a beautiful location. The house was clean, tidy and comfortable with everything provided that we could need to cater for ourselves. Bathroom was well stocked and the shower was hot with good pressure. Nice private garden with fire pit was great for toasting marshmallows. Neighbourhood was really quiet and peaceful, extremely green (it feels like you are in the woods) but close to plenty of amenities. Has a very family friendly vibe. Short walk to the shops/supermarket etc. and even closer to the woods/lakes etc. Lots of good outdoor routes to explore. Adva was great with some walking recommendations. 20-30 mins drive to Utrecht and Amsterdam so easy to dip in for a restaurant etc. although there are some good local restaurants which Adva can also fill you in on. Adva in general was a brilliant host, responsive, helpful and thoughtful. Kid loved it, dog loved it, adults loved it, would highly recommend!

We really liked the house! The location is wonderfully quiet and idyllic – perfect for unwinding. Especially the river directly on the property makes the stay extra special. The house itself is very nice, clean and ideal for a relaxing holiday. We felt completely comfortable!

Stayed here with friends for a week. House was perfect, with plenty of space and a lovely garden with hot tub. Was a great location for exploring the Netherlands. Highly recommended!
