We have nothing negative to say. Everything was good! Ideal for our needs, we were on the road all day :). We made good use of the small kitchenette for coffee ☕️ and breakfast. The bathroom was super clean and the room nicely decorated. We only found the parking lot in front of the beautiful view a bit of a pity, but that was a small thing. Should we be in the area again, we'd love to come back.

The owner is kind, friendly, and easy to contact. The location is great, very close to the tram and KIT university.

The studio is really great. Very cozy and quiet and above all very very clean (sparkling clean;)) with large terrace with table and chair, which invites you to linger in appropriate weather. In the kitchen there is everything you need, as well as in the bathroom. Great, extremely friendly, helpful and flexible host (check in time). I felt right at home.

Two nights over Easter, everything was there and for the little dogs there was also the possibility to go for a walk within a short distance. Quiet and within easy reach. Great location

We had a wonderful weekend in the very nice apartment. Despite the central location, it was very quiet in the neighborhood. It was also only a 5-minute walk to the center. Very happy to come back

Our stay was wonderful and exceeded all our expectations. The apartment was very clean, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is quiet and offers a beautiful view – perfect for relaxing. Adriana and Oana were extremely friendly and helpful, they were in contact with us even before arrival and provided us with all the information in detail. Since we had a long journey, it was a great relief for us that we were allowed to check in earlier by arrangement. Also on the day of departure, when we had a problem with the car, we were kindly allowed to leave the car in the parking lot for a few more hours – for which we are very grateful!We can wholeheartedly recommend this place and look forward to seeing you again. The house is spacious, very cozy and very well equipped. Also the garden and terrace are wonderful. We can recommend Anja's cottage all around.

Very friendly and fast communication. It all worked out. A homemade delicious jar of jam completes the reception. Super basic equipment available. Everything is fine and I'd love to come back :-)

The six of us had a super good time at Nils and Catalin's place. Everything is as described, the kitchen including a large table invites for relaxing evening hours. Beds in good condition, in case of problems of any kind Nils is available and even stopped by personally after check-in to fix a minor defect. Check-in and check-out are flexible, overall an Airbnb at its best! We are already considering booking Nils' place again next year over Easter.

It’s a well functioning apartment if you travel like we did. 4 colleagues going to the fair. If you travel as a family you might miss a living room to watch tv. But for us it was perfect.

The stay was great, we had a great time with a great view. The communication was quick and easy, the check-in and check-out uncomplicated, and the house tip top. Thank you and happy to come back!

The apartment was clean and the location is 3 min walk to the outlet. Residential area was very quiet. Private parking very important in the area. I would be happy to come back.

The condo was absolutely lovely with beautiful views and great interior. The kitchen was very well equipped. The only negative is the walkway to the door from the parking place. The walkway would be a challenge for somebody with a handicap.

Kapka was very responsive and helpful, we were able to leave the luggage until the desired time. The accommodation is super comfortable and quiet. We were able to enjoy Stuttgart while being in a peaceful place. Transportation works great. I highly recommend the thermal pools, they are great. We'll be back without a doubt!

Truly amazing home- so peaceful with great views. The apartment has everything you could ever need. Andreas and Louisa were super friendly and very helpful with recommendations- it’s a short drive to Stuttgart and has secure parking. Wish we could have stayed longer than 2 nights.
