This apartment is a fantastic base for a stay in Görlitz. Not only the old town, but also other districts are within walking distance. The apartment is very spacious and very well equipped. After a few days, you feel right at home. Lars was also a great host. He was always available, provided clear information and also helped us with a few valuable tips. Checking in and out was easy and flexible. A clear recommendation and for us an address that we would like to visit again.

The house is located on the outskirts of the city, it is very quiet, but on foot you are in 5 minutes at the market. The decor is modern and you have everything you need. From the balcony, you have a beautiful view of the large garden and the surrounding nature. Steffen and his mother were always available to us and were able to help us with tips and advice. The immediate surroundings offer many marked hiking trails and within a few minutes by car you can reach attractions in the Upper Lusatian Highlands. Overall, highly recommended for anyone seeking relaxation.

We stayed with Jana for 4 days and we loved it. The sights of Saxon and Bohemian Switzerland are very easy to reach by car. The apartment has a terrace and a large garden located directly on a river. You can walk along the river 10 minutes to a café. The house is a little noisy but that didn't bother us. The apartment has everything that you need and is very tastefully decorated. We are very satisfied and Jana is a great host. We will definitely come back, because 4 days are simply too short for this beautiful area. Thank you Jana for the wonderful time Svenna Svenja

For a family visit, I was looking for a small apartment for two nights and found it here. My expectations were more than met. Everything is new and clean. With the great amenities and tasteful decor, you could also spend a whole week here. I'll be back for sure.

A great apartment in a central location with modern and appealing furnishings. However, not for people with walking difficulties, as there are many stairs to walk, which was no problem for us at all. Your communication, greeting and requested restaurant recommendation were awesome. We would definitely book this apartment again and recommend Marcin as a host.

was a really nice week. We enjoyed the covered wooden terrace very much! The air is great, the beds are great! Görlitz is simply great! And the Oder-Neisse bike path is also an experience! I am happy to recommend the place and the location!

Great place with an amazing view.

The apartment is small but not too small. There were three of us with two dogs and we rarely got in each other's way. Downstairs there is a small wardrobe, from which you can go up a staircase to the rest of the apartment. Great walks 5 minutes on foot, many lakes, quiet and idyllic. Communication with the host was great! The 6 huskies are the cherry on top 😍

A beautiful and extremely spacious, cozy apartment. We especially noticed the great sunsets that could be seen from the apartment. Our hosts were very nice and fulfilled every wish on our part. There were even extras, like cherries from her garden. So highly recommended.

Although we only spent one night in Zittau, the stay was very pleasant. The apartment is modernly furnished and very clean. The communication was quick and easy. Even if the parking lot and the entrance to the house are a little more difficult to find, we got an exact description for the arrival and the way and found everything very quickly.

Anita's place was perfect to explore Görlitz. 20min walk to the old town, but many days we chose to walk into town by the river. We were travelling with twins and Anita arranged two cots and high chairs which just made the stay so much more comfortable. The apartment is well appointed and makes you feel right at home. Anita was super quick to communicate and every query was answered very promptly. Check in was easy, the apartment manager let us in and was available if we needed to contact him. Absolutely recommend this accommodation. We loved our time in Görlitz.

Very successful stay. Cozy apartment with full equipment. We didn't miss anything. The host sent comprehensive instructions before check-in so we knew how to get around the property. Access to pools and saunas in the same building is a definite plus. We'll be back:)

We had a great time at the place! Location – close to all attractions, yet quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped, which made us feel at home there. The contact with the host was great – always available, polite, and ready to help, which made our stay so much easier. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

We enjoyed the holiday. Since the apartment was on the ground floor, which we had not seen in the description, the mountain view was a bit clouded. Otherwise, everything was as described. Pool and sauna were in the annex, which is no problem. The kitchen equipment could be a little more extensive, the lamp equipment could be a little more discreet and warmer in terms of light. All in all, the property is recommended.

Everything was available for use and looked as in the photos. Patrik was on time and showed us how to use the bania and a sauna. We also got some recommendations on where to go, which we used to walk around the lake in Hamr nad Jezere and Chrástenský vodopád. There is also the possibility of buying local wine, which I appreciate as a wine-loving person. Bania is built in a way that offers privacy and great night views over the overlooking "Badger rock" and a forest. For people who love nature, there is a chance to spot a lot of birds 🦅(we saw, i.e. some buzzards and a black stork). There are also nearby stray cats, which we took plenty of photos of :) The property rented by Patrik has a view of a hill with a 1937 wooden house. For people coming from Poland, even though the owner is Czech he speaks quite good polish. Very relaxing place, highly recommended for those who love nature, campfire, and to relax in a bania or sauna, but if you must use your phone, there is working wifi :)

Accommodation as described, but a hotplate is complicated for cooking. Very warm welcome. Host to contact by phone rather than by message but otherwise very responsive.

Quite place with everything you need to have a rest with a mountains view and forest just under the hand. Highest level of support from hosts! Recommended!
