De keuken is voorzien van 6 pitsgasfornuis, een grote oven, koel- en vrieskast, vaatwasser en div apparatuur. Het designbed staat in de woonkamer. Op uw prive-terras bevindt zich de buitendouche. In de tuin met uitzicht over de Rijn diverse zit en bbq plekken.

Ontspan in de privé-sauna of neem een frisse duik in het zwembad (seizoensgebonden dagelijks open in blokken van 2–3 uur in overleg). Vanaf 5 september 2025 is het zwembad gesloten. Grote supermarkt met terras en grote speeltuin direct voor de woning. Gezellige horeca gelegenheden in de buurt. Freibad Alstätte ligt op 3 km (vanaf 1 september gesloten). Ontbijt is inbegrepen.

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.
