In a beautifully situated forest, near the cultural castle town of Diepenheim is a 6 to 8 person, detached, nature house that is fully equipped. During summertime you can sit outside at the BBQ on the porch with a drink. In the fall, you can stroll through the woods and fields. During the winter, you can cozily enjoy reading by the woodstove. In spring, you can enjoy the first sunshine and fresh greenery. Throughout the year it is enjoyable here. The birds will whistle you awake and deer walking around will sometimes come right up to near the house.

The forest house has a beautiful sauna and a big (wild) garden of more than 1000 m2 where you can rest and enjoy all the flora and fauna. From the cottage you can walk, cycle and swim for hours. There are beautiful routes and you can easily jump in a canoe or enjoy a terrace in the lively Hanseatic town of Ommen. 'The Birdhouse' is hidden amongst the trees in a quiet spot on park Bosrijk Ruighenrode. In the garden you can spot many birds and squirrels. It is a great place for people who like walking and cycling! Three of the four bedrooms, one bathroom (with a shower in the bathtub) and a separate toilet are situated downstairs. The luxery bathroom upstairs has a sauna and steamcabine. It is a great place to stay with kids and there is ample space. Come and visit the house to enjoy the peace and quiet!
