Welcome to our cottage in a completely unique location on its own headland in a south-facing location by Västra Öresjön just outside Kinna in Mark Municipality. Private sandy beach on site. Working fireplace and dishwasher. A simple rowboat is included in the rental. All bed linen, towels and cleaning are included. Only bookings Monday to Monday. The cottage has a simpler standard and only 1 bathroom. 2024: improved cleaning routines and new water filter! 2025: the forest around the cabin has been cut down (the trees closest to the plot have been left behind)

Welcome to this cozy, older house with plenty of space and modern amenities. The house is in a scenic area with the forest around the corner and a nice swimming and fishing lake a few hundred meters away. In the house there are four bedrooms with ten beds, a large kitchen and a living room. A wood-burning stove and iron stove are available for heating. The house has a patio with outdoor furniture and a garden with a barbecue and trampoline. Boat is available to borrow. The Gekås department store in Ullared is half an hour away and Gothenburg is an hour away.

The southern location provides many hours of sunshine both morning and evening. With 15 minutes' drive to Landvetter airport and to shopping center and 25 minutes to Gothenburg. Beautiful footpaths and a 1.5-kilometer lake system containing two uninhabited islands.

Cozy cottage located right on the waterfront with a large south-facing terrace. During the summer months, there is a rowboat and a canoe at the private dock as well as a charcoal grill and outdoor furniture. There is fast WiFi in the cottage that reaches all the way down to the dock. The cottage has two cozy bedrooms and a loft where you can socialize in the evenings. The small kitchen is fully equipped with most things you may need during your vacation, such as a microwave, dishwasher and large fridge and freezer.

About half an hour´s drive to Gothenburg with among other things Liseberg. 35 km to Borås with zoological park and shopping.

Många fina vandrings leder finns i närliggande område och Hallandsleden passerar bara en liten bit bort. Tyst och lugnt.
