Vacation rentals with a patio in Marjan Island

The apartment is in a lovely,peaceful location and we had the lagoon view. it was nice to be able to see sunrise feom the balcony. The beach is 5-7 mins walk. From the pool side, one can view sunset too. It was only 7 mins ride to nearby restaurants. The apartment was clean and nice, well equipped. The hot water was not working at first but Salim ( the host) sent someone immediately and it got fixed within an hour. Salim was very good and responsive host.Anything I asked for he provided immediately. Great host, great apartment and great location. I would stay again happily :-)

Had great time at the apartment. It’s located in the gated community with many local amenities such as pharmacy or 24/7 shop. The apartment is of a good size with less than 50 meters to the beach. In the area there’s a running track, playground, pools, outdoor gym and quite a few food trucks nearby. Apartment has everything you need to cook some simple meals or make hot beverages (including drip filter coffee machine and pod machine). The host was super quick to resolve any queries and allowed us to check in much earlier which was great given we had early morning flight.

Omar was a great host . I stayed for one month and during my stay he was responsive always to any questions and always checking if everything is okay. The location is beautiful , peaceful and the apartment has everything you need . Would gladly stay here again .

Had an awesome stay, the place was super clean and organized, Zlata was responsive and helpful. Will definitely come again. Tip for the beach, it’s a bit far you need to drive or walk for a while and you need to bring your own chairs to sit on or there are shezlongs for 50 AED

Nice and helpful host, always available if you need something. The place is nice and clean, absolutely matching the pictures. The nice beach is available for residents, there's couple of restaurants, supermarket and bar in the building. A bit far away from everything else, but not a problem if you're driving.

Thank you Alia, everything was more than good! The villa is amazing for relaxing time with friend or kids all the necessary is there and more.. full equipment in the kitchen and spacious rooms. Definitely we will be back.

We had a pleasant stay with Alia in her villa. Everything was exactly same as at the pictures, it was easy to check in and Alia was very responsive to all our requests. Villa is located very close both to the pool and beach and has a huge terrace with an amazing sunset views. The barbecue area is missing there, coffee machine is not working - it is all mentioned by the host. All other kitchen appliances are there, everything is working and fully equipped, so you can cook, can visit restaurants, or even can order room service (from the hotel). If you would like to cook - better take some food supplies with you, as well as tea, coffee and drinking water. We took care about it in advance and enjoyed our stay in full. Will book again with pleasure, great location and huge territory to walk around.

The house is beautiful with a nice patio, the compound is brand new and extremely quiet, it has a residents pool which stays open until 10pm and the island had a private residents beach. Restaurants and food trucks were a 2 min drive, the beach was a 5 min drive. The house is very spacious and anicha was extremely responsive and helpful

Great stay! The location is excellent, just 100 meters from City Centre Sharjah. The surroundings are pleasant and peaceful, making for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

Logement tres bien situé a 50m de la plage et corniche.parking public gratuit dans la rue.quartier populaire mais tres respectueux. Beaucoup de restauration dans la rue tres propre et pas cher.boulangerie au coin de la rue délicieuse avec patisserie et pain cuit sur place.l immeuble a un ascenseur. Point a ameliorer la cuisine est ancienne et manque rangement dans salle de bain.le hote tres reactif ,tres acceuillant et qui repond a toutes nos questions. A savoir:mosquee en face et on entend l appel a la priere a laube

Everything was really good Re location and property. The only thing that I would point out is closer attention to cleaning. There were ketchup stains on the kitchen cupboards, and some items of furniture had cigarette stains . I would also refresh the painting. At price requested, I would be expecting perfection.

I really enjoyed my stay here…everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The only downside was a strong smell coming from the laundry room and one of the bathrooms, which was pretty noticeable. Other than that, everything else was great and I had a good experience overall. If the smell gets sorted out, it would be perfect!

Absolutely loved my stay! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a beautiful surrounding environment. The host was exceptionally friendly and quick to respond, ensuring a seamless experience. A major bonus was the free parking, which is hard to find in the Dubai. They also provided free drinking water, which is equally rare. Highly recommend this place!
