Nice play to stay and very friendly hosts. They also often cleaned my room (few times a week).

I went to this place as a transfer - it is a bit far from actual Quito city. I think it was perfect for my transfer. The Tumbaco bus station is very close. Jairo was very kind, picked me up from the airport and drove me to nearby bus station / shops. As a woman traveling alone, it made me feel safe. He also gave me lots of ideas of things to do in the area. The house itself is beautiful with a gorgeous coffee plantation and kind staff. My room was clean, and the facilities (bathroom and dining room) were excellent. There is a shopping mall 10-15min walk. The neighborhood is quiet at night.

Great location. There are small restaurants back and forth, and the bakery is delicious and there's a lot of breakfast. I stayed in a double room at a low price.

Wonderful stay at Hostal de la Rabida! We stayed for one night, made the mistake of booking in another place for the second night. The other place was so awful, we cancelled our reservation, forfeited our payment, and retreated right back to this place. The new owner Daniel is extremely kind and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed to feel very welcome and at home. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was powerful and hot hot hot. The place was very clean without being fumigated by crazy amounts of disinfectants that we experienced everywhere else. We found a great Indian restaurant - Chandani Tandoori ~ a short walk away with amazing food and even better prices. We even went there twice! We also found a wonderful vegan/vegetarian cafe with great food and good vibes called El Maple that was also within walking distance. We ate there 3 times in 24 hours! I would highly recommend a stay at Hostal de la Rabida to anyone traveling through Quito!

I wish I had stayed longer! Such a beautiful house, a comfortable and clean room, wonderful and friendly hosts. A quiet spot in a lively neighborhood, not far from many popular sites in the city. Around the corner from great restaurants and bars. I loved everything about this b&b, thanks so much!!

We loved the place, an excellent location and close to the Historic Center, with many places to visit and recreate, the staff is always willing to help us with questions. Recommended.

A really beautiful place, everything is just as in the photos, very clean and those who looked after us were very friendly and helpful, we will definitely be back.

We arrived after the reception time and we were very kindly taken care of, the host is a very courteous person, friendly and attentive to our stay. The bedrooms are comfortable, there is hot water, good cleanliness and the place feels cozy. It's in an area with very nice architecture. The only detail we had was that there are stairs and to get the luggage up it was heavy as we were a folklore group and brought quite a bit of luggage. But I highly recommend the stay here.

Great suite, nice hot tub! Everything was clean and as pictured and the location is perfect!

The place is beautiful! Literally a 10 minute walk from downtown Mindo! Much nicer than the pictures!! Super clean and quite. Freddy is very attentive and ready to help. Delicious breakfast. A little difficult to identify the entrance, because I didn't know what the external gate looked like. Highly recommended for those who want to visit this magical little town!

Many thanks to Luisa and David for their amazing hospitality. David cooked for us like a star chef. It was so tasty, as was the breakfast. Above all, ingredients from the fruit and herb garden are used, sausage and meat they buy on site and not in the supermarket. We felt very comfortable.

This place was absolutely beautiful and everything we needed for our honeymoon adventure. We would love to stay and explore all the other cool rooms they have that they had to offer. The staff went above and beyond in every way possible! Don’t forget to say hi to the Airbnb pups, Lisa and Dulce:)

I felt comfortable at the hotel. The room and bed were comfortable and it was quiet. The reception was always pleasant and I can only recommend it.

My second time in Quito, this place is perfect to feel at home, the room is very comfortable and they have everything you need for your stay.
