Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Mariscal Sucre

This is very nice spacious & well equipped apartment in one of the best areas (our favourite) in Quito. It is situated in a quite secure cul de sac which means it is really quite & peaceful. It is also located right next to the Megamaxi supermarket which is outstanding & has everything you might need. Also 500m away there is La Carolina park which is really nice on sunny days full of local Ecuadorian’s enjoying themselves- we go there often. Lots of restaurants in the area as well. We were a family of 4 adults & were very comfortable - our stay was for 30 days. Transport in & around the city is very easy with options being buses, taxi or the metro. Our host Patricia was also both very helpful, responsive & friendly. Highly recommended.

Nice stay, quiet area very close to Carolina park and mall El giardino. Very friendly sun in everything required. the only thing to improve is the TV that is Smart to connect to Youtube, Disney or Netflix, very useful at night when traveling with kids. Everything else was excellent and I would definitely be back.

This is my new favorite place to stay in Quito. The hotel is so cute!! Everyone there was so helpful and kind. Helping me find a lost phone, making sure I got where I was going safely, even changing my sheets and towels all the time!! Who does that on AirBnb ?? Three blacks away is Cherusker, the best brew-pub in Ecuador. What else do you need?

The best place to stay in the most lovely area of Quito. Beautiful cafes and lovely people. The place is perfect, quite and save. Ideal for families. You have to book it. Cheers

The apartment is very comfortable, the place is very safe and Gabriela is always attentive to everything, excellent host.

The location is excellent, close to plenty of restaurants, a big mall and public transportation, yet the place is very tranquil. The host is responsive and helpful. The place is well designed, clean, and the bed is super comfortable. One minor issue was that the place was listed as an apartment, but it´s a studio. Also, the washer costs extra $4 (including drying). The listing needs to be updated for accuracy.

An extremely nice space, beautiful and clean. It would have been good that from the beginning it is clear how the process is handled to make use of the facilities such as gym, pool, etc. In order to have a planning inside the place, however, everything is excellent

A good apartment to be close to the tourist attractions of Quito

We really liked the stay, it was very close to everything, in the apartment there were never any power outages, which was very important to us. We stayed from October 19 to 21, 2024. As a suggestion, maybe you should put a sign that says “be careful when opening the door” because on several occasions all of us who opened the lock hurt our fingers on the door frame. I recommend this accommodation, it has an excellent location, very clean and organized, in addition to being close to everything.
