The apartment was just as described if not better! Quito is a beautiful city and the location of the apartment was perfect. It is in the center of the city with walking distances to restaurants, supermarkets, the park and even cafes. The stadium and the Mall Quicentro are within walking distance. The building has 24/7 security and great amenities. The view from the terrace is amazing both in the morning and the evening. Thanks to our Host and the team for making my stay super simple and fun! Will be back next time I am in Quito.

It was a pleasure staying at Yama's home in Quito. The space was beautiful, quiet, and well protected with a security guard at the neighborhood entrance, and Yama was very accommodating. I am happy to find such a lovely home in Ecuador for this visit, happy to stay here again in the future.

Daily visits from donkey Margarita & black lab Carbone were added pleasures to our stay. Felipe was responsive to hot water issue. Took guests to church on property. Explained history of property, Quito and Ecuador in general. He was extremely kind and helpful. Picked up & transported us back to airport for reasonable fee. Modest but lovely home.

Esteban's property is very beautiful, it has a visibility of beautiful landscapes. The time we were with my family, we had a beautiful time on the premises and in the large courtyard it has, in addition Esteban was always attentive to us, so Miryam gave us all the necessary directions. Esteban's property is highly recommended.

It was a relaxing and quiet stay, the house is old but very cared for, Maria Agusta was an incredible host always attentive to our needs, we really had an incredible time, just what I needed with my family, a place nearby to be able to mobilize us in different times and at the same time we feel away from everything. Thank you so much for everything we hope to be back soon.

quite cozy place, the Quinta has an excellent work team, very attentive and willing to please guests. quite a spacious place to share with all the members of the family.
