The accommodation is cozy, well equipped for occasional cooking for two and offers a really great view of the coast and sea. It is a good starting point for excursions (by car) in the area. Stavio is very hospitable and took good care of us. Communication was straightforward. The studio was perfect for our week-long vacation for two. We felt very comfortable here.

We felt very comfortable right from the start and were completely satisfied with the accommodation. In addition to the wonderful terrace with a fantastic view, the accommodation has a very good location. You can reach restaurants, supermarkets and the beach within a few minutes. We are always happy to come back. :)

A fantastic house with wonderful sea views and all the amenities! Tastefully decorated with good quality both indoors and outdoors. Very private location with no insight. Lovely patio with pool, parasols and outdoor furniture. Was received in person in the house at the appointed time and was given a tour of the house and all the features as well as a basket of specialties from Crete. Walking distance about 5-10 minutes to Plakias with shops and restaurants. The only thing we wanted was a few more hooks to hang clothes on.

We had a lovely time at Petres Villas and would highly recommend the place and location to anyone thinking about it! Our stay was 1 week vacation and it was the two of us. The villa could’ve comfortably fit 4 people since it had 2 bedrooms with own toilets in both of them. Both bedrooms had nice tables with big mirrors for getting ready and lots of storage cabinets. The very private patio/ terrace with own pool, sunbeds, table and chairs and spectacular views to the sea, city and mountains of Crete. We spent a lot of time enjoying outdoors in there. It was also close to Plakias which was an area with good restaurants and cafes and a beach. The kitchen had a kettle, microwave, coffee maker and Nescafé Dolce Gusto pod machine, dishes, fridge with freezer and washing machine for laundry and detergent. The cleaners came daily in the morning to pick up rubbish and made sure we got fresh towels and anything we needed. Host was really nice as well. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!
