Nika is a wonderful host with a lovely space. Nika's home is clean and inviting and very much as described. The space is quite large and open, and was perfect for a weekend trip to Morgantown. It is easy to find and a in a great location with easy and quick access to Morgantown's downtown districts. I look forward to visiting the area again in the future, and you'd be remiss not to stay with Nika. Thank you again for having us. Cheers from Baltimore!

We stayed for our son’s graduation from WVU. It was a perfect location, close to campus and easy to get around either driving or using the PRT. Everything is easily explained from the parking to getting into the house. The property itself has a great back patio, was clean and had everything needed for a fun weekend. So glad we stayed. Wish we found it four years ago.

This was a lovely place to spend the summer. It's tucked into the hills so it's like living in a treehouse. There's an amazing view of the sunset from the house and you have the benefits of being surrounded by trees and being close to town. It's quiet, the beds are comfy and there's plenty of space for a family or 2 or 3 couples.

The house and host overall, were great. We arrived very late and the parking area sits above the house. There is a very dark path that winds down to the bottom entrance. There are motion lights but they don't activate until you're at the bottom of the stairs. Having that area better lit would've been n extremely helpful. Otherwise, we had a few things here and there but the host was super responsive and helpful.

Leslie was a wonderful host… so friendly and responsive. House was comfortable, especially the large sectional and the puffy chairs on the porch. Kitchen was perfect to make a couple of meals for our kiddo. It was the perfect place to stay while catching up to our WVU student! Thanks Leslie. We’ll definitely stay again.

Maggie is an incredible hostess, always very concerned and willing to help you. The house is beautiful, it has all the necessary to cook and feel in home. beside it is very close to Downtown, perfect for going out and getting to college

Fantastic stay at such a beautiful spot! We loved sitting on the porch, watching the river, and listening to the birds. Such a relaxing way to spend our downtime during the busy graduation weekend. Kim was super friendly and helpful and even left a gift for our graduate!! One of our favorite airbnb stays ever!!

Shari’s place is a wonderful place to stay. We have stayed at numerous Airbnbs and this by far is one of the best! Shari’s place is very clean and you can tell upon arrival that a lot of thought has went into making it a great place to stay. Very cozy feeling. Located a half hour from Blackwater Falls and Deep Creek Lake area. About a hour from Seneca Rocks. We would highly recommend staying here!

Laurel and LoriAnn are wonderful hostesses. They really wanted to ensure that our stay was excellent. They resolved a couple of issues immediately. The apartment is comfortable and well appointed. We would stay here again.

Joyce was so welcoming and the apartment was fabulous! Loved the bird feeder, the private view, and also how personable Joyce & John are. The view over the mountains from their yard is gorgeous, and they invite guests to walk trails on the property. The apartment had everything I needed and was beautifully designed and decorated. I brought all of my food and found everything I needed to cook—great pans, extra staples like oil, spices and sugar. The whole reason I went was to hike in Cooper’s Rock State Forest, and Joyce told me about a little known trail that is not in the main part of the park—it turned out to be my favorite trail. I highly recommend staying at Cooper’s Retreat!!

Everything was great. Anytime I had a question, I gotta response right away. It was close to the hospital, which made me feel safe, very close to the football field, If I wanted to go to a game. We were there for a geocaching event. With over 5000 people from around the world. We pretty much only use the location to rest and bathe, but it was nice to have our own space away from everyone. sometimes things are just too peopley. on the outside, it had inn vibes. But on the inside, it was beautiful. I didn't get checkout instructions so I feel bad because I left a dish in the sink. And some garbage in the bathroom can.

This place was incredible! It was located right in the middle of all the places that we wanted to visit, so we didn't waste much time traveling. The area was super quiet. It was clean and the furniture was comfortable to sit on. There was a large TV to watch in the late evenings, once we arrived home. It was just wonderful and will definitely be returning next year!

This listing is beautiful and clean, a very unique place to stay. 10/10 would recommend to family and friends.

Patty is a treasure. If you stay here, make sure you’re good to her! She has some rescued Dalmatians named Mickey and Minnie that will talk to you as you walk up and down the stairs, but if you’re a dog person like me you’ll just talk back some haha. I loved everything about Patty’s place, and it gave our drummer a spot to catch some more than needed rest. He was able to sleep for a whole day because of how comfortable and peaceful this place is. There’s some good food at the restaurant right on the corner, and a gas station nearby, which was really nice. Patty was very responsive and a great communicator. We talked for a good half hour or so on the porch and I enjoyed every minute! For the price and how close it is to Morgantown you cannot beat this place. It is SO much better than staying in the city! We’ve done both, and now we will be paying Patty a visit every time we are in the area!

Barbara greeted us upon arrival and once we entered the home there were homemade muffins waiting for us. She also had milk for our morning coffee. The place was cozy, nicely decorated, and the bathroom was separated tub and toilet/sink. That was very nice traveling with 4 adults. We all felt very comfortable there. I normally do not like staying in a suite in someone's home but this place was beyond wonderful. If I ever come back to this area I wouldn't stay anywhere else!
