Great stay, close to everything & host was very accommodating!

We came out to Morgantown to visit our daughter at WVU. The chalet had a very homey feel, I definitely felt like I had been there a while when I got there. The directions were easy to follow and we had no problems finding it. There was plenty of space to prepare meals inside, as well as entertain both inside and out. The furniture was in generally good condition and clean. The bathroom was well furnished and the dual shower was very nice. This place was a great place to base our visit and venture out into the surrounding countryside. In comparison to other rentals we have had over the years, this ranks as #2 in quality, value and overall satisfaction. We will be looking to rent this again on our next visit. Our only complaint was the musty smell. It was prevalent when you walked in, but left quickly. When we arrived home, we could smell it on our clothes. It was very rainy while we were there and we'd like to give the owners the benefit of the doubt.

I travel the whole state. This is one of the nicest places I've stayed if you're looking for peace and quiet and a super clean place to stay. Heather is without a doubt the nicest person I've dealt with in all of my travels with Airbnb. If peace and quiet, beautiful views, and privacy is what you're looking for, this place is for you!

Carol’s place was exactly what we needed! It was close to the venue my son performed at. The home has everything you can need. The home was clean. When we left, I forgot my purse on the couch. My husband returned to get it. This was of course, after our checkout time when I realized. Carol and Linda were so understanding and this was not a problem. Everything was made very easy my only negative is there is Road noise from traffic that we could hear significantly during the night while trying to sleep obviously this is no fault of the owner, but I want to mention it in case this is something that makes a difference for others. We would absolutely stay here again for our annual trips. Thank you so much!

We couldn’t have picked a better place for our stopover. In fact, once we arrived we wished we could stay longer! The apartment is beautiful with wonderfully picked antiques and accent pieces. And the beds! I sunk into my bed and didn’t move — it practically hugged me. The parking is conveniently right behind the building with plenty of space. And yes, it’s a long walk up the stairs to the apartment, but they are not steep and there’s a sturdy handrail. I’m not the most mobile person but I didn’t have any difficulty. The windows were open a wee bit upon our arrival which was nice after a warm day. There is activity in the streets in the morning so consider closing the windows before you go to bed so you don’t get woken up. I didn’t hear a thing 😴 — but my daughter heard street sweeper machines in the early morning. She enjoyed her bed too much to really care though. All in all we loved it and are thrilled with our stay. Easy to get back to the highway in the morning, too.

Absolutely perfect for large groups! Super comfortable beds and pillows! And you get free entertainment from their goats on the property! They really brought a smile to everyone!

Beautiful home. The location was wonderful. We had a quick in and out trip, and Kelli was very accommodating. Communication was also great, very responsive. It’s on our list of places to return to. 3 deer also graced me with their presence while having my morning coffee.

Kari’s place was a beautiful oasis tucked in the backroads of Morgantown, WV. This was a perfect place, and much larger than we expected. It had everything we needed. This is one of the most thoughtful air bnb we have ever been to. They consider all humans and the amenities were on point. There were plenty of snacks to choose from. Very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked, there is no oven but they provided many other tools (French press, hot water warmer, kurig, microwave, electric frying pan, etc.. ) Please note this is part of somebody’s home in your own private mother-in-law type apartment in the back of the house. The owners offered great hospitality and space/privacy. We sat outside in the morning and drank our coffee/tea while looking at the views. It was very peaceful. Highly recommend this place and we will be back if we travel through WV again.
