This site was perfect for what we needed. The area was walkable to where we wanted to go, and there were major roads that led through town and to the Interstates for ease of access to all of the areas around that we wanted to go. The name of the place is the Hidden Gem, and this site most definitely was that. The home was spotlessly clean with plenty of extra blankets and dishes for our needs. Everything about this home was what we needed and wanted. We have talked about coming back to Morgantown for a weekend visit, and if we do, this will be the first place we check to see if it is available.

Beautiful older home in a great location! Everything was as listed! Rebecca and Alex were great hosts! We stayed 2 nights and we slept very comfortably in the queen size bed! We would definitely stay here again!

We came to Morgantown to ride our bikes on the local trails. Cathy's place was very spacious and comfortable. In a nice neighborhood, at the end of the street we felt very comfortable leaving the bikes on the car bike rack. Less than a five minute ride to the trails. We also enjoyed food from Lundy's thanks to Cathy's recommendation. Great stay!

Cathy was the perfect host, and the accommodations were just perfect. If I make to next year's event I will defiantly be looking to come back. And if you have never been too West Virgina it is like Heaven on Earth!!!!!!!!!!!!

A perfect place to experience Morgantown from. A beautiful old historic building right off one of the main rails to trails and minutes to the main area of Morgantown and the campus. The apartment is big and rambling with great character and personality. It was a pretty hot day when we stayed, so it is good to note that while there is no centralized air conditioning, the bedrooms are nice and cool with their window units and the Wifi works best in the main living area. A lovely stay all around.

This was my 3rd or 4th time staying at this unit in downtown Morgantown. The unit is very clean, easy to access, and in the heart of town... making it easy to walk to campus and restaurants. Katrina has been a very responsive and helpful host and I will always try to stay here on all future trips to WVU.

We loved this place! So close to the University and downtown. Very cute, neat and clean. Great instructions on how to get in, where to park, how to check out. We usually stay at the Hotel Morgan, this was the same number of beds but with the convenience of a kitchen and living room. Location is a half block off of High street and was much quieter than a previous vrbo we rented downtown. The only issue for some people may be that the outside lights keep the bedroom bright all night through a large, beautiful semi circle stained glass window. It looks fantastic and brings a nice esthetic, but bright. I wear a sleep mask and the kids live under their covers so it was no biggy for us. We will definitely rent again.

Christina was a fantastic host. The place was very nice and included everything listed. She answered promptly to questions and provided details about the local scene. The location was on the edge of Morgantown in a quite neighborhood but was also within 10 mins of grocery stores and restaurants.

Great deal! If you’re visiting Morgantown with a group & need a bunch of beds & bathrooms, I can’t imagine better bang for your buck. Ray & team were extremely responsive when a few minor issues came up during our stay. It’s worth noting that this apartment is right downtown, so while it is walkable, it’s not the quietest. Light sleepers might have a hard time, but I slept like a rock :) Would happily stay again!
