Beachfront vacation rentals in Marinella di Sarzana

We, two adults and three children, had a wonderful time in this beautiful penthouse. Although the weather was not on our side, we made some lovely trips to neighbouring villages and Genoa. The beach is almost on the doorstep and is clean. The area is perhaps a little too quiet for teenagers, but that was also due to the weather.

Portovenere is such a unique place for Americans and we were fortunate to grab Michela's place. It has a nice perch view of the water, all the way out into the bay which is just so beautiful. It is great to grab breakfast from the market which is MAYBE 2 minutes walk down the hill, have some coffee/tea and just sit and stare at the water (we went in June, with family). The apartment comfortably sleeps four, with some separation in the place which is nice to rest or at the end of the day to sleep. You'll want to pace your showers a bit for hot water purposes, but didn't impact us at all. It's so close to restaurants. A huge strip of restaurants, the marina for ferries/boat rides (STRONGLY ENCOURAGE DOING A BOAT TOUR. Google Rosso alle rosse and get Andrea.. There also is a great castle near the restaurants for great pictures. Make sure to see the sunset by the castle. Definitely a great place, great location and fit our needs well!

Chiara was an amazing host. She was extremely friendly, kind, and communicative leading up to our stay. The stay was amazing, and had the most stunning view of Riomaggiore! Everything was super walkable, just be prepared for stairs (as expected in Italy lol), and our favorite was the marina right outside our door. If we ever come back to Cinque Terre we would absolutely love to stay with Chiara again! Everything as described is exactly how it appeared in our trip, book this Airbnb now if you are coming to Cinque Terre!!

Very good communication with the host, apartment as in the photos and a very nice location. All in all, it was a great vacation and above all stress-free and without complications. There is everything you need in the apartment to spend 1-2 weeks or even longer there. Right outside the door you also have a beautiful promenade and many restaurants nearby. I highly recommend it if you want to have a mix of beach and city vacation for relatively little money.

This apartment was amazing. It was exactly as listed and a short walk from the train station. The air conditioning worked amazing and we had everything we needed in the apartment. You are a short walk from the beach and plenty of amazing restaurants. Staying in Levanto is great to be away from the crowds in Cinque Terre, but easy to get to the different towns from the Levanto train station. I would highly recommend staying here.

The apartment was super nice, spacious and furnished to a high standard, with all amenities such as dishwasher, Nespresso machine, rain showers. The fact that each bedroom has a bathroom is downright luxurious. The location is sensational - 50 meters to the beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We also really appreciated the private parking. The vacation was great all around! Dario as a host was wonderful, very friendly and accommodating, always available for questions, very flexible (for example, we were able to enter the apartment earlier than actually planned). We felt welcome and valued by him - it couldn't get any better.

second time staying here and super grateful to have been able to enjoy a peaceful week in these incomparable surroundings. if you like walking and being close to nature this place is amazing. great patio to enjoy the fantastic panorama. I did many hours of work there at the computer and with warm sunny weather it made for an amazing spot to write/work in. the sentiero azzurro and further trails in the area are so beautiful. it is invigorating and refreshing to walk here. kitchen is compact but does the job nicely cooking for two. shops and eateries half an hour (I walk quite quickly) away in Vernazza or Corniglia. hope to come back soon. thank you Aranit, Pier Paolo and Mirjan!

Dimitry welcomed us in a very friendly way and immediately helped us to bring our luggage as close as possible to the accommodation. The accommodation is divided into three floors, so you definitely have to climb stairs. The old fisherman's house is small but sweet and definitely very well located. We had a great week there and highly recommend the AirBnB and the beautiful little town of Tellaro!

Rebecca was very kind and super helpful. The accommodation is in a great location because it's on the beautiful seafront of Viareggio, which is a charming town. Very comfortable and clean inside. Fully equipped kitchen. We came in the spring and imagine that in the summer season the Primavera resort is even more charming!Very happy with our stay!We'll be back and we highly recommend it!

Christine really made sure we felt at home, knew where everything was, how to catch the right buses, knew the local best places to visit, gave us ideas of what to do. She was amazing and her place is safe for my wife and two younger daughters. We loved every minute of our stay at Christine’s place. I’m sure you will too if you decide to visit it too.

We were two small families sharing the Villa Gamba part of Byron House. The house was perfect for sharing with friends or family. Very spacious and with many bathrooms. We really enjoyed the access to the river and the well equipped kitchen. We didn’t use the garden as much as we would have liked to, because it was high summer and the heat and the mosquitoes was a bit too intense. However, I have to say that even with windows open all night (no AC) the mosquitoes surprisingly were no problem at all in the house. The beds were beautiful and comfortable and everything was very clean and inviting in this very authentic villa. The road is just outside the house, but it didn’t bother us. Several parking options. The communication with Janet is very easy and thorough. For example the garbage sorting is a bit intricate, but Janet’s guidance is very helpful. We also enjoyed the town and the local public pool. We spent a week at the house but were aching to stay longer. Thank you.

This is an amazing place- great location right next to a beautiful sandy beach, with own shaded space reserved. The pool was also lovely and facilities great. Pietro was always on hand to help us and answer any enquiries. He kindly booked us taxis and was always very friendly.

Great place to stay right on the beach. Just a few meters over the dune and a wonderful beach opens up. There are beautiful beach bars right next door where you can enjoy your morning cappuccino. The apartment was lovingly furnished with lots of details. Somehow everything was there, whether for cooking or utensils for the beach. We had a 4h traffic jam on arrival and could not reach the check-in in time. Still, Sharon was there for us at 11pm. That was great.

Fantastic house . During our stay we have really felt like we are at home. Close to the city center. Very peacefull environment. Large rooms. Nice furniture and modern design. On top of all great house owner. Always ready to communicate and ready to help if needed. I strongly recommend Eva as owner and her house to stay. Looking forward to stay again.

Everything was just as described. The host was communicative and helpful. The place was quiet and pleasant – I really liked it.

What a view! Out of all the places we stayed during our trip to Italy, this apartment had by far our favorite view from inside the room. The two enormous windows overlooking the water took our breath away every single time we looked out. We loved eating dinner in the kitchen or sipping coffee on the balcony while watching the water. The apartment was pretty well-equipped, and we cooked several nights. We had to get creative with some of the cooking utensils, but overall things worked well! The A/C units took a minute to figure out but worked great once we did. The location is perfect—right at the start of the trail to Monterosso (we walked it a few mornings and the views were stunning!). One thing to note: Vernazza has the smallest grocery store of the Cinque Terre towns, and it often ran out of items or closed early. If you plan to cook, shop in other towns during the day. Still, this was one of our favorite stays—peaceful, scenic, and absolutely unforgettable. We’d love to come back!

Great base , don’t take big bags, climate is good you won’t need lots of clothes and you won’t want to carry them up and down!

We had booked because the apartment is close to beaches. We were lazy and went by car, but it is easy to walk /bike! Beach is good! In addition, plenty of restaurants in the area!

Great stay at this place which perfectly matched the description and photos. We were hosted very well by Francesco, he is a very friendly host who took great care of us. He gave us some great information and tips for our stay, with some nice touches for our arrival. He even took the time to show us around the neighborhood. We highly recommend this accommodation, comfortable and well-equipped, located in a quiet area but very well connected by the bus network! Perfect!

Super location right near the beach and all the restaurants. And I felt safe with locked entrances. Natalia was extremely kind and helpful. She made me feel right at home. Her restaurant recommendations were spot on. It was so nice to make myself some meals after a quick trip to the nearby grocery market. The apartment was so cute and welcoming. It had everything I needed.
