Monthly Rentals in Marina Manresa

Very nice house and very close to Pollenca Bay. View of the bay and Formentor, very nice especially at sunset. The sea is not easily swimmable in front of the house because there are rocks, but several coves are accessible just a few minutes north of the house. The bathrooms are nice, the rooms and beds very good. The kitchen and living room are a little old but match the photos. Thanks to Mallorca Charme for their responsiveness and flexibility.

We immediately felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything was as described. It is very tastefully decorated and offers everything to feel comfortable. The only downside is that the pillows are very hard. We will be happy to come back!!! Max, Margrit and Oliver

We had a great vacation at Maria’s apartment in Alcudia. The description matched just fine and the flat was in pristine condition. One major plus is the view from the huge balcony. You can even see Menorca whenever the weather is clear enough. Everything you could possibly need for your stay is 5 minutes of walking at max so the location of the flat is awesome. Nice apartment only a few steps away from the sea and with a great view from the terrace. We stayed there with a group of friends and had a really good time. With 4 separate rooms and 3 bathrooms its the perfect apartment for a bigger group. Make sure to rent a car as the apartment is not connected to any public transport.
