Andrea is very friendly and communicative. She responded quickly when we encountered some problem in the flat. The local restaurants she recommended is also very good. The place is clean, well equipped and decorated with a good taste. It is also a short walk from the airport and local buses. Would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Great apartment in a good location. Close to the town square and many shops and restaurants. Nicoletta was a superb host who greeted me at the apartment, showed me everything and even had the heating on ready for me! The apartment was spotless, well equipped and well maintained. Highly recommended.

Fabio is the best host. He met us at the train station walked us to the place where he pointed out key places and spots to check out. He talked us through the details of the cinque Terre hike aswell. The place was only a 5 minute walk from the train and very clean.

Just quick one night stay before visiting Carrara but everything was perfect. We had a very peaceful sleep.

We had an incredible experience staying at this Airbnb in Pisa. My wife, two kids, and I couldn’t have asked for a better location and place to stay during our trip. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped for our needs. The host was friendly and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to all the major sights, including the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa. It was perfect for us as a family, with plenty of local shops and restaurants nearby to explore. We felt right at home and couldn’t have asked for a better base for our trip. We had no complaints during our stay. Everything was perfect, and we truly enjoyed every moment. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Pisa—it’s a fantastic spot for families!

The place was great! It is a little off the beaten path, but it is wonderfully quiet. The communication medium and Egle was impeccable and we also got local tips for the area directly. However, you should make sure that you control your car well as the road to the accommodation is quite narrow, which is very typical for the mountains:) Definitely recommended if you like it a little quieter and want to overlook a wonderful landscape!!

Excellent solution outside the ZTL, ideal for parking by car and the center is easily accessible in a short time on foot. We were with 2 very young children and the solution fully met our needs. Lorenzo was very responsive and helpful, a solution definitely recommended for families!

Very nice cottage with lots of character, perfect for the two of us. Easy access into Lucca, Pisa, Florence and the sea. Giovanna and Antonio were very attentive and gave us lots of good recommendations.

This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

I can only agree with all the positive reviews! Massimo is a fantastic host and he is always immediately available when you need something without being intrusive. We got along well right from the start. The whole family is very warm, friendly, helpful and personable. There was nothing missing. Even a bathrobe and hot water bottle were provided! Especially the beds are very comfortable, which is a rarity in vacation rentals! My 2-week stay with my dog was very pleasant and I felt very comfortable…almost like visiting friends. We urgently needed to look for a place near La Spezia. I wanted to relax surrounded by nature. Salvatore responded very quickly to the request, gave all check-in recommendations. He and his wife met us at the gate, told us everything and showed us. They even baked an incredibly delicious pie for us ( it was hot for our arrival). Everything in the house smelled clean and fresh), the interior is made with love and the patio as well. We had an incredibly pleasant evening in their house )

We spent a wonderful week in Cristina's house in Fabbiano and really enjoyed our break from everyday life there. The house is beautifully integrated into the small, quiet, very romantic place. You enjoy a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains from the garden and can also take a beautiful hike from the house. Cristina's welcome was very warm and made us feel really welcome in her house. We could always ask them if we needed advice. The garden is fantastic. Unfortunately, it was already too cold for the pool. For this, we enjoyed the fireplace very much. Despite the mixed weather, we did a lot because the house is centrally located between the sea, the mountains and some very beautiful cities (e.g. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Since the garden is completely fenced, our dog was also able to move freely the whole time. For small families who love tranquility and seclusion, the house is ideal

The house is tiny and nice, it's in a historical village. If you like fresh air, view to hills and forest - it should be your choice. For us it was comfortable and adequate to our expectations. Thanks!

The hosting was very warm despite the language barrier. Dounia is very attentive to our needs and full of attention upon arrival! The house is very large, pleasant and clean. no complaints, everything was perfect!!!! i highly recommend it!!!!

We loved the AirB&B, Raphael responded promptly to all our questions, and Laura, the manager was GREAT upon our arrival, and even when we contacted her, she was always VERY PLEASANT and genuinely helpful.

Very central place in La Spezia! Close to the train station, good restaurants and grocery stores. Very special accommodation for its decoration but all the essentials are there. Elisabetta answered my questions promptly and the instructions were clear! Recommended!

Very nice apartment, quiet and clean, very well located, near the train station, bus stops and everything you need (grocery store and others). Alessandra quickly responded to our requests and provided us with a lot of information for activities and services in the area. The apartment includes everything you need for cooking. This is the perfect apartment to stay in La Spezia, I highly recommend it.

We had a great stay at Adriana’s place! It is within easy walking distance from the train station, and is in a safe area. I did feel a bit uneasy walking later at night, but we had no problems at all. The apartment is larger than we had anticipated, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy, and the bathroom was well appointed (nice towels, great water pressure, etc.). Adriana met us at the door, and showed us around, and clearly communicated the expectations for our stay, as well as throughout our stay if we had questions. There is a grocery store a few steps away, and a great bar for cappuccino in the morning. We really appreciated the recommendations she made, especially her suggestion to visit Portovenere. We were delighted to stay in this lovely apartment!

Cecilia is a very kind and caring person. Her house is very large and bright, the spaces are divided very well and furnished in a functional way. The house has everything and there's air conditioning! Due to the great heat we did not take advantage of the large equipped terrace, it was better to stay inside the house in the cool! the house is located in a quiet area, right in front of a large paid parking lot (25 euros per week), with a 10-minute walk along you get to the promenade and the beach resorts (we recommend Amedeo bath) and a few minutes away there are many supermarkets and shops of all kinds. We are 100% satisfied with our stay and will definitely be back next year! Thanks Cecilia

Thank you Grazia for your welcome and your good advice that allowed us to discover other gems around the Cinque Terre and La Spezia. The accommodation is comfortable and pleasant, we felt very good there. Parking is a real plus for the comfort of the stay. We recommend this place where the train station, the buses, the port are easily accessible and allow you to discover this beautiful region. Grazie mille!

Davide’s place is a great little getaway in the heart of Tuscany. La Spezia is a great place to stay if you’re visiting cinqueterre or even just for staying there a couple of nights. You can find a vast range of restaurants and amenities close to Davide’s and in the center of town. Her place has the best view you can find for this price and you won’t regret staying here. She’s super helpful and organized in providing information and helped us find a taxi when we were leaving. The neighbors are super friendly if you make the effort of speaking Italian!! Well worth the visit, would come back next time we’re in Liguria for sure!!!
