The Bau House is really a great place to stay where we felt immediately comfortable. Everything matched the description and the pictures. Anyone looking for accommodation near Oristano is very well taken care of here. Daniele was super nice, helpful and had useful recommendations. Would recommend the place to anyone.

Hello Claudia, thanks you again for the location of your beautifull house, just by the wildest and purest beach we never saw. It was the perfect place to walk along the sea, swim in the idyllic landscape around and look the stars after the fall of the night. We hope to come back, maybe next year !

staying in poetto was wonderful. access to the beach was 4 minutes away and also the bus into the city could be picked up right along the beach. the house was very nice and accommodated our group very well. I would recommend bringing mosquito repellent or purchasing when arriving as we did get bit up with being outside and from opening up the doors to the house at different times. Andrea's co- host, Daniela was very helpful and welcoming and was the primary point of contact during our visit. we had a great time and would love to come back!

We had a great, late season stay in Buggeru, and found that the apartment fit out needs perfectly. Chiara was there when we needed a little help. Would book here again.

brand new and complete with everything in a very quiet area a short distance from the center. the exterior of the house is also well cared for and has an exclusive parking space. magnificent view from both the inside and from the veranda. spacious and clean bedrooms the kitchen is complete with everything you may need. we recommend it!!!!

Because of a problem in my flight and a major and forced change in planning, I couldn't stay in the chosen house, but I can't help but describe how Vincenzo helped me. Always very patient, understanding and willing to help with anything. And so it was done, it provided me with a new place with a great location, everything we needed and for a different period than expected. I just have to thank him and his family who welcomed us as if we were already home. Literally helped save our holiday. At next time in Sardinia, I will stay in one of Vincenzo's homes.

Beautiful accommodation with 2 large terraces and a location close to the sea, 50 m from the sea and 150 m from the beach... very clean accommodation with very good quality bedding... beach amenities available to guests. Luca is very accommodating and very responsive. The residence is located about 500 m away. of the center with access by steps, small very quiet city...

The apartment is well located for people who want the sea and beautiful maritime scenery. The beaches are huge and it is possible to walk along the coastline. We saw beautiful sunsets. It was November. It's not the tourist season. The small supermarket was closed. The beach restaurant was open and we ate well there. For people who want to stroll on the beach and swim, this place is great in summer, when the water is still warm. To visit the area, this place is far away. it's a bit long by car to get to a first city. It takes just under 1 hour to reach Arbus. Visiting nuraghes or Cagliari require a lot of time by car. Carmen is very inviting and friendly. It makes a delicious bread.

The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, there is a supermarket about 200 meters away and some pizzerias and bars about a 10-minute walk away. The pool is really very large, the door to the sea is fantastic and the sea is great for a refreshing dip or snorkeling. The accommodation is very comfortable, and there is a large living room from which you can see the sea. Anna Rita and Riccardo were great hosts always available for any request or information.

Pierpaolo is a great host. He is always around and is always friendly and really helpful. The pool was really well maintained and the apartment had everything we needed. The local buses are frequent and easy to use. The beach is a few minutes away. We have had a wonderful stay.

Our time at Villa Eleonora with Federica and Stefano was simply fantastic. Already upon our arrival we were welcomed with a warm hospitality, which made us feel immediately arrived. Federica and Stefano are not only incredibly friendly but also extremely professional – they have really thought of everything to make our stay perfect. Federica and Stefano were always available and provided us with great tips on excursions, restaurants and beaches in the area. They know the island like the back of their hand and share their hidden gems with great passion. Thank you for everything, Federica and Stefano!

Dalia is an exquisite and kind person. The apartment is a relaxing place with a beautiful view from the terrace, especially out of season, on an island that is a real gem. We spent a few days of our honeymoon there and honestly it was never so worth it, we hope to be able to return. From the beginning since booking, Valeria has communicated very quickly, kindly and in detail. We were even allowed to send a few things to her in advance that we needed on site. She always responded at short notice and gave tips and helped. The house is really nice and has everything you need. The area is a quiet resident area. The balcony has sea views. The garden and pool are simply a dream. The children could play there and cool off in the pool. We almost only used the outdoor shower. The terrace was our main place to stay. It's a few minutes to walk to the beach and within a 30-minute drive you can get to the beautiful beaches of Chia. To the marina the small harbor with bar, pharmacy and pizzeria, you can easily walk there, there is also a small outdated playground. Shopping and many restaurants can be reached in Pula within a few minutes drive. Thanks Valeria, we will be back.

We enjoyed staying in the beautiful house of Antonio and his family as a group of seven people. The house is equipped with everything your heart desires. We particularly liked the loving furnishings, the great terrace and the pool. We were warmly received from the beginning. Everything was carefully explained and shown to us. Perfect place to relax next to the sea. Sunsets were amazing

We stayed at Davide's place for a week, and it was the best stay I had at an Airbnb. Davide was extremely accommodating, smiling, friendly and took her time to visit us and give us recommendations of things to do even after her mother came to drop us the keys. a big thank you to her too for hosting us. Nice attention from them, they left us a bottle of wine and traditional Sardinian bread. the apartment is spacious with 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an air conditioning, an outdoor shower in the inner courtyard, perfect for the return from the beach which is located directly at the exit of the apartment. A lot of mosquitoes but all entrances and windows are equipped with screens. Few tourists (compared to the north) so easy to park in front of each day, beautiful beaches very close and central position so convenient for a daytrip. I can only recommend staying there!

Great location, a few details to take care of, but overall there is everything you need. Nice garden, spacious. The property provides everything you need for your stay, for other needs there is always a ready response to requests.

Our stay at Villa Azurella was beautiful! The beach access to the quasi-private sea was great, the outdoor shower was the hit and in great weather you don't actually have to leave the accommodation. If you're looking for a quiet beach vacation, this is the place to be. Everything important was still easily and quickly accessible. Thank you for everything, we had a great time!

We stayed in this beautiful villa from 19/09 to 28/09/24 and had a wonderful, joyful vacation in Sardinia. Silvia is a very nice host, made us feel very welcome and allowed us to check in early. The property is very clean, the rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. The garden is stunning. All the beach bars, coffee shops are within walking distance. The beach and the beautiful sea are just across the road. Only minor issues - mosquitoes flew in, perhaps it would be a good idea to install screens on the windows of both bathrooms. Beautiful accommodation with great location by the sea. Good restaurants in the area, good starting point for things to do (e.g. Sinis). Check-in was uncomplicated, parking was sufficiently available in front of the house. The location directly on the sea is great, but there is a construction site in front of the apartment (renovation of the promenade) and therefore the view of the sea is impaired.

This is one of those houses you dream about but never really come across. It is right on the beach, it is full character, truly unique and beautiful. It feels like a home from the moment you step in. You do need a car to get around but there is so much to see and explore. Shops, restaurants, little village everything is 5mins drive or a 15mins bike ride away (there were 2 bicycles we used daily) The house itself feels like the most authentic Sardinian dream. Pictures do not do it justice. Must experience!!!!! We loved every second of our stay.
