Das Bau House ist wirklich eine tolle Unterkunft in der wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt haben. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Wer in der Nähe von Oristano eine Unterkunft sucht ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Daniele war super nett, hilfsbereit und hatte nützliche Empfehlungen. Würden die Unterkunft jedem Empfehlen.

Hello Claudia, thanks you again for the location of your beautifull house, just by the wildest and purest beach we never saw. It was the perfect place to walk along the sea, swim in the idyllic landscape around and look the stars after the fall of the night. We hope to come back, maybe next year !

staying in poetto was wonderful. access to the beach was 4 minutes away and also the bus into the city could be picked up right along the beach. the house was very nice and accommodated our group very well. I would recommend bringing mosquito repellent or purchasing when arriving as we did get bit up with being outside and from opening up the doors to the house at different times. Andrea's co- host, Daniela was very helpful and welcoming and was the primary point of contact during our visit. we had a great time and would love to come back!

We had a great, late season stay in Buggeru, and found that the apartment fit out needs perfectly. Chiara was there when we needed a little help. Would book here again.

alloggio nuovissimo e completo di tutto in una zona tranquillissima a poca distanza dal centro. anche l'esterno della casa è curato ed ha il posto macchina esclusivo. vista magnifica sia dall'interno che dalla veranda. camere spaziose e pulite la cucina è completa di tutto quello che può servire. lo consigliamo!!!!

Por um problema no meu vôo e uma mudança grande e forçada no planejamento, não pude ficar na casa escolhida, mas não por isso posso deixar de descrever como Vincenzo me ajudou. Sempre muito paciente, compreensivo e disposto a ajudar no que pudesse. E assim foi feito, me disponibilizou um novo lugar com ótima localização, tudo que precisávamos e por um período diferente do previsto. Só tenho a agradecer a ele e sua família que nos recepcionaram como se já fossemos de casa. Literalmente ajudaram a salvar nossas férias. Em próxima oportunidade na Sardenha ficarei em uma das casas de Vincenzo.

Beau logement avec 2 grandes terrasses et une localisation proche de la mer, 50 m de la mer et 150m de la plage...logement très propre avec une literie de très bonne qualité...des équipements plage mis a la disposition des clients. Luca est très arrangeant et très réactif. la résidence est située a environ 500 m du centre avec un accès par des marches, petite cité très calme...

L'appartement est bien situé pour les personnes qui ont envie de mer et de beaux paysage maritimes. Les plages sont immenses et il est possible de marcher le long du littoral. Nous avons assisté à de très beaux couchers de soleil. Nous étions en novembre. Ce n'est pas la saison touristique. Le petit supermarché était fermé. Le restaurant sur la plage était ouvert et nous y avons bien mangé. Pour les personnes qui désirent flâner sur la plage et se baigner, cet endroit est idéal en été, lorsque l'eau est encore chaude. Pour visiter la région, cet endroit est éloigné. c'est un peu long en voiture pour arriver à une première ville. Il faut un peu moins d'1 heure pour atteindre Arbus. Visiter des nuraghes ou Cagliari demandent beaucoup de temps en voiture. Carmen est très accueillante et amicale. Elle fait un délicieux pain.

La casa è posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, è presente un supermercato a circa 200 metri e alcune pizzerie e bar a circa 10 minuti a piedi. La piscina è veramente molto grande, la porta sul mare è fantastica e il mare è ottimo per un tuffo rinfrescante o per fare snorkeling. L’ alloggio è molto comodo, ed è presente un grande soggiorno dal quale è possibile vedere il mare. Anna Rita e Riccardo sono stati degli ottimi host sempre disponibili per ogni richiesta o informazione.

Pierpaolo is a great host. He is always around and is always friendly and really helpful. The pool was really well maintained and the apartment had everything we needed. The local buses are frequent and easy to use. The beach is a few minutes away. We have had a wonderful stay.

Unsere Zeit in der Villa Eleonora bei Federica und Stefano war schlichtweg traumhaft. Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit einer herzlichen Gastfreundschaft empfangen, die uns sofort das Gefühl gab, angekommen zu sein. Federica und Stefano sind nicht nur unglaublich freundlich, sondern auch äußerst professionell – sie haben wirklich an alles gedacht, um unseren Aufenthalt perfekt zu gestalten. Federica und Stefano waren stets erreichbar und haben uns mit großartigen Tipps zu Ausflügen, Restaurants und Stränden in der Umgebung versorgt. Sie kennen die Insel wie ihre Westentasche und teilen ihre Geheimtipps mit großer Leidenschaft. Vielen Dank für alles, Federica und Stefano!

Dalia è una persona squisita e gentile. L'appartamento è un luogo di relax con una splendida visuale dal terrazzo, sopratutto fuori stagione, su un'isola che è una vera e propria gemma. Abbiamo trascorso lì qualche giorno della nostra luna di miele e sinceramente mai ne è valsa così tanto la pena, speriamo di poterci ritornare. Von Anfang an seit Buchung hat Valeria sehr schnell, freundlich und detailliert kommuniziert. Wir durften sogar ein paar Dinge vorab zu ihr schicken, die wir vor Ort brauchten. Sie hat immer kurzfristig geantwortet und Tips gegeben und geholfen.Das Haus ist echt schön und verfügt über alles, was man braucht. Die Gegend ist eine ruhige Anwohnergegend. Der Balkon bietet Meerblick. Der Garten und Pool einfach ein Traum. Die Kinder konnten dort spielen und sich im Pool abkühlen. Wir haben fast nur die Aussendusche benutzt. Die Terrasse war unser Hauptaufenthaltsort. Zum Strand sind es ein paar Minuten zu gehen und innerhalb von 30 Minuten Fahrt kommt man zu den wunderschönen Stränden von Chia. Zur Marina dem kleinen Hafen mit Bar, Apotheke und Pizzeria kommt man leicht zu Fuß dort gibt es auch einen kleinen in die Jahre gekommenen Spielplatz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Restaurants sind in Pula innerhalb von wenigen Minuten Fahrtzeit zu erreichen.Danke Valeria, wir kommen wieder.

Der Aufenthalt in dem schönen Haus von Antonio und seiner Familie haben wir als Gruppe von sieben Leuten sehr genossen. Das Haus ist mit allem was das Herz begehrt ausgestattet. Die liebevolle Einrichtung, die tolle Terrasse und der Pool haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Wir wurden von Anfang an herzlich in Empfang genommen. Alles wurde uns sorgfältig erklärt und gezeigt. Auch während des Aufenthalts war Antonio erreichbar und hat tolle Tips für Restaurants, Strände und Co. gegeben. Vielen Dank an dich Antonio für den tollen Urlaub.

Alexandro qui nous a reçu, nous a proposé des activités, des restaurants adaptés à nos envies … aux alentours du logements, il se propose de réserver pour nous. Il est extrêmement attentif et toujours disponible! Tout en restant discret! Le logement est très très propre, très bien équipé et très agréable! Merci

Nous somme restés une semaine chez Davide, et ce fut le meilleur séjour que j'ai passé dans un Airbnb. Davide était extrêmement arrangeant, souriant, sympathique et a pris de son temps pour nous visiter et nous donner des recommendations de choses à faire même après que sa mère soit venue nous déposer les clefs. un grand merci à elle aussi pour son accueil. Belle attention de leur part, ils nous ont laissé une bouteille de vin et pain traditionnel sarde. l'appartement est spacieux avec 3 chambres, une cuisine toute équipée, une clim, une douche d'extérieur dans la cour intérieure, parfait pour le retour de la plage qui se situe directement à la sortie de l'appartement. Énormément de moustiques mais toutes les entrées et fenêtres sont équipées de moustiquaires. Peu de touristes (comparé au nord) donc facile de se garer devant chaque jour, belles plages très proches et position centrale donc pratique pour un daytrip. Je ne peux que recommander de séjourner là-bas !

Eine der besten Unterkünfte, die ich bisher auf AirBnb hatte. Einzigartige Lage, Meersicht aus jedem Fenster, hervorragende Küchenaustattung, Moskitonetze und gute Matratzen. Und Giovanni und seine Frau sind authentische und liebenswerte Gastgeber. Was will man mehr.

Francesca a été réactive et nous a donné des instructions claires pour prendre possession des lieux et même une entrée anticipée. La situation de l'appartement à deux pas de la plage de Poetto est parfaite, et la grande terrasse est un réel atout.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Azurella war wunderschön! Der Strandzugang zum quasi privaten Meer war super, die Außendusche war der Hit und bei tollem Wetter muss man die Unterkunft eigentlich gar nicht mehr verlassen. Wer Lust auf einen ruhigen Strandurlaub hat, ist hier genau richtig. Alles wichtige war aber trotzdem gut und schnell erreichbar. Vielen Dank für alles, wir hatte eine tolle Zeit!

We stayed in this beautiful villa from 19/09 to 28/09/24 and had a wonderful, joyful vacation in Sardinia. Silvia is a very nice host, made us feel very welcome and allowed us to check in early. The property is very clean, the rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. The garden is stunning. All the beach bars, coffee shops are within walking distance. The beach and the beautiful sea are just across the road. Only minor issues - mosquitoes flew in, perhaps it would be a good idea to install screens on the windows of both bathrooms. Schöne Unterkunft mit super Lage am Meer. Gute Restaurants in der Gegend, guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen (z.B. Sinis). Check-In war unkompliziert, Parkplätze waren vor dem Haus ausreichend vorhanden. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist super, allerdings befindet sich vor der Wohnung gerade eine Baustelle (Erneuerung der Promenade) und daher ist die Sicht auf das Meer beeinträchtigt.

This is one of those houses you dream about but never really come across. It is right on the beach, it is full character, truly unique and beautiful. It feels like a home from the moment you step in. You do need a car to get around but there is so much to see and explore. Shops, restaurants, little village everything is 5mins drive or a 15mins bike ride away (there were 2 bicycles we used daily) The house itself feels like the most authentic Sardinian dream. Pictures do not do it justice. Must experience!!!!! We loved every second of our stay.
