Vacation rentals with a patio in Marina di Grosseto

De host Marco is fantastisch. Zeer behulpzaam. We hadden een gezondheidsdingetje en Marco is toen 's avonds direct iets voor ons gaan halen (we mochten hem niet betalen hiervoor). Het appartement is ruim en licht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel goed bed en groot terras met alle privacy. Het appartement ligt heerlijk rustig. We hadden helaas slecht weer waardoor we minder hebben kunnen genieten van alles.

Die erhöhte Lage des Hauses ermöglicht sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Dorf Capoliveri und das Meer im Südwesten und Nordosten. Grosse Terrasse, gemütlicher Platz zum Ausruhen auf dem Sofa oder den Liegestühlen oder zum Essen am Tisch mit Panoramablicken. Zwei Badezimmer sind praktisch und grosszügig, die Küche kompakt und funktionierend für diese Wohnungsgrösse. Das Dorf ist leicht zu Fuss zu erreichen, der Anstieg ist auch nach einem Abendessen im Dorf gut machbar. Der Parkplatz in der Garage ist sehr praktisch. Leider wird keine Bett-, Küchen- oder Badwäsche angeboten, diese muss selbst mitgebracht werden.

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! sono stata presso questa casa per il trail dell'Elba con 2 amici. comodissima come posizione, a piedi qualche minuto sei in centro e sulla spiaggia. la casa ha Parcheggio interno, ed è spaziosa e pulita all'interno e con tutti i confort. Cucina ultra accessoriata già comprensiva di tutti i condimenti, caffè, zucchero, tè, tisane. idem per il bagno con sapone e tutti i detersivi per la pulizia. la host Serena e la sua mamma Rita sono state perfette e gentilissime! grazie, spero di poter tornare presto!!!!

Esperienza molto positiva grazie alla gentilezza e disponibilita dell' host, alla bellezza del luogo e della struttura e alla posizione in relazione al piccolo e grazioso centro urbano di Monteroni. La nostra camera, all interno del rustico casale, era molto comoda, larga, ben restaurata e offriva il meglio per un soggiorno nella compagine della campagna senese.

We had a wonderful stay. Solange was a great host, kind and provided lots of local recommendations. The apartment has a large patio perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or working. Ramona è una host molto gentile e accogliente L' appartamento è nuovissimo, molto pulito, confortevole. Corrisponde alle foto pubblicate sul sito. E' situato appena fuori dal centro di Portoferraio, in una zona tranquilla. Nelle vicinanze ci sono parcheggi gratuiti, negozi, alcuni ristoranti e un centro commerciale . E' un ottimo punto di partenza per esplorare l'isola d'Elba.

Had a great stay at Michele's! The apartment is very newly renovated and has everything you need. We visited during the off-season so we were grateful for the stove providing us warmth in the evenings. Michele was very friendly and helpful, being flexible with our check in and check out times. The apartment is open, except for the bathroom but we made it work just fine. Rio is a nice and quiet little town with a beautiful view and perfect to chill out and relax. Its not far from the ocean either, so with a short drive you will be at the beach. All in all a great place :)

I had a wonderful stay at Louise Virginia Anna’s Airbnb! The space was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was convenient and peaceful, and Louise was a kind and responsive host. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!

Ein „eigenes“ Haus mit einem tollen Garten. Sicher umzäunt für unseren Hund. Letizia ist eine tolle und liebe Gastgeberin, sie hat schnell reagiert und all unsere Problemchen schnell gelöst. Vielen Dank!

Appartamento in zona tranquilla e spettacolare paesagisticamente parlando... è anche vicinissima al porto. .terrazza che ha una vista che vale il soggiorno! Vista mare mozzafiato e alloggio coerente con la descrizione... Posto più bello dell' isola

Sehr schönes und wunderschön gelegenes kleines Appartment. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und äussert freundliche Gastgeber, vielen Dank Sheila und Roberto. Wertvolle Tipps für Restaurants und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung. Sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Kommen sehr gerne wieder und können es jedem weiterempfehlen.

Giglio war jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Kommunikation auf englisch reibungslos..Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und entspricht den Fotos. Giglio ist eine sehr freundliche und empathische Person mit der wir viel gelacht haben und sie uns äußerst liebevoll empfangen und auch am Schluss wieder verabschiedet.

Francesco und Jessica waren sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Wir hatten anfangs etwas Verspätung durch die Fähre doch wir waren immer in Kontakt und konnten so flexibel einchecken. Francesco hat auf uns gewartet und uns zur Unterkunft begleitet. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb und nur mit einem Fahrzeug zu erreichen. Der Garten hat eine gute Größe, ist sehr gepflegt, komplett eingezäunt und die Feuerstelle läd zum grillen ein. Hierfür sind alle notwendigen Materialien vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein großes bequemes Bett und einen großen Kleiderschrank. Das Badezimmer war sauber und ist gut eingerichtet. Es waren genügend Handtücher vorhanden und es gab Shampoo etc. für 1-2 Tage. Auch der Rest der Wohnung war sehr schön. Der Ort Porto Azzuro hat genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit auf Elba und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ritrovarsi in una "casa", non in un ambiente fatto per essere affittato. Ed una casa ha sempre un'anima, come il suo proprietario Leandro che ci ha accolti ed accompagnati anche nella storia di questa casa. Che dire, ecco l'Airbnb che ci piace. Posizione strategica in un'area dove c'e' solo l'imbarazzo della scelta su cosa visitare.

Luogo tranquillo e vicino pure ai supermercati, pure a piedi si può raggiungere qualsiasi luogo con al massimo una mezz'ora di camminata, casa molto bella e ben arredata

Das Apartment ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Es war sehr nett, abends auf dem Balkon zu sitzen. Alles, was wir benötigten, war vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Beide Supermärkte sind sehr nah. Das Dorfzentrum ist nur ca. 500 m und der Strand 1 km entfernt. Francesca ist eine großartige Gastgeberin, sie ist sehr freundlich. Wir konnten auch früher einchecken. Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen und würden gerne wiederkommen.
