Everything is as described. Main strengths location (beachfront) and well arranged spaces. A relaxing stay also thanks to the outdoor spaces of the house. Lauro and staff are always available and conciliatory. The beautiful garden can attract mosquitoes if the heat becomes persistent (in that case the availability of mosquito nets would be a plus)

Comfortable and convenient apartment for my parents as it has no stairs, is clean, tidy, and had everything. The warm welcome of Giacomo's parents made the stay start in the best way, they are fantastic people who take care of their guests in every way.

My family and I stayed for one night. It was great- very beautiful and cozy and Mirjan is a thoughtful host. We walked in the evening to one village and the next morning we walked to the other village. Memorable stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Portovenere. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—just a short walk from the city, shops, and restaurants. It was the ideal base to explore the Cinque Terre and enjoy the peaceful charm of Portovenere. Our hosts were friendly and responsive, making everything easy from check-in to check-out. Despite stormy days, we felt very comfortable in our vacation home. Sitting on the terrace and looking out to the sea was fantastic. The place is very cozy and has a great atmosphere. We will be happy to come back. Thanks for the nice week!

Manuel is a nice and friendly host. We spent two days in this apartment, which is comfortable, quiet and easy to find, very close to the sea. The accommodation is well equipped and has all the necessary devices, making it really convenient. If we get the chance, we'll definitely be back.

The house is more beautiful than the photo. The neighbors are good and helpful. As a traveller u have everything here you can imagine. We really enjoyed the terrace back at the kitchen. Perfect place and perfect city to enjoy. We met the owner the next day. She is cool and beautiful 😍🤭. Very nice people and nice place. We will back for sure!

Laura immediately showed herself to be a very helpful and kind person with an extraordinary welcome that immediately makes you feel at home. We only stayed for one night on the occasion of the Viareggio Carnival, but it is definitely an accommodation that has a great location for proximity to the beach. I can only highly recommend this place.

We were two small families sharing the Villa Gamba part of Byron House. The house was perfect for sharing with friends or family. Very spacious and with many bathrooms. We really enjoyed the access to the river and the well equipped kitchen. We didn’t use the garden as much as we would have liked to, because it was high summer and the heat and the mosquitoes was a bit too intense. However, I have to say that even with windows open all night (no AC) the mosquitoes surprisingly were no problem at all in the house. The beds were beautiful and comfortable and everything was very clean and inviting in this very authentic villa. The road is just outside the house, but it didn’t bother us. Several parking options. The communication with Janet is very easy and thorough. For example the garbage sorting is a bit intricate, but Janet’s guidance is very helpful. We also enjoyed the town and the local public pool. We spent a week at the house but were aching to stay longer. Thank you.

What a perfect base to explore Tuscany. The host and staff were responsive and helpful, the apartment is well equipped and exactly as pictured and the location is great. It was mostly quiet and not crowded, and having access to the private garden, our own beach cabana, adequate AC and the lovely pool made the July heat bearable. We visited Lucca, Pisa and Cinque Terre easily by train and it was always a pleasure to return to the much less busy Viareggio and Lido di Camaiore. We loved our time at Bagno Lelia.

Fantastic house . During our stay we have really felt like we are at home. Close to the city center. Very peacefull environment. Large rooms. Nice furniture and modern design. On top of all great house owner. Always ready to communicate and ready to help if needed. I strongly recommend Eva as owner and her house to stay. Looking forward to stay again.

Beautiful location with a great view from the deck. Clean minimal house. Easy parking for €5/day in winter €10 in summer. The nice thing about staying in the winter is that the beach is clear. The only negative is that the restaurant downstairs blows smoke Friday-Sunday. This means that if the wind is wrong a ton of smoke blows into the apartment. Not the owner’s fault but can be very unpleasant is you have a smoke sensitivity.

Marcello is really nice, offered to pick me up from the train station and went out of his way to help me find a copisteria ! Appartment is clean and nice, not much to do around but it was low season, good place to look for peace and quiet !

Ivana is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good too. Highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable, spacious, with free parking steps away. There are several restaurants close by, a lovely canal and easy walk to the beach.

We had an amazing stay in Fabrizio’s apartment! He was one of the best hosts we ever had, very responsive to any questions we had and offered a ton of great recommendations. The place was immaculate, very modern with excellent appliances and decor. Within a 1 minute walk, you’re on the beach and right out the door there are a multitude of cafes and restaurants. There’s also a grocery store only a minute away. 10/10 would stay again!

Very nice, authentic accommodation in a special location directly on the sea. We felt very comfortable and most beautiful of course the terrace overlooking Portovenere at sunset. Catarina is wonderful host.

Great location, great view and great welcome from Francesco and Mari. They took the time to explain everything to us and give us the explanations to facilitate our visit. The place was beautiful and very clean.

Very, very friendly hosts were blown away by the value for money, everything is there, nothing is really missing in this house. The landlady always gave info when something happened in the city. So actually you don't need to take anything with you except a swimsuit, a bike or a scooter to explore the area and that's it. Very impressed by this place! Flawless apartment, close to the beach and amenities but in a quiet and peaceful area. Mariangela is always very helpful and attentive, even to our most obvious requests! There were three of us, two adults and a three-year-old child, and given the space in the house, you can think of staying even in four.

Spacious 2-room apartment with great view. Has outdoor area and patio. Similar to what was shown in photos. It’s a half hour drive back to La Spazia but it worked for us as we parked our car at train station and got train into cinque terre. From apartment, It’s also a nice 20 min coastal walk to where restaurants are. Overall we are happy with the place.
