Waterfront vacation rentals in Marina di Ardea

Underbar vistelse i Ostia di lido. Fantastiskt välkomnande av Davide som båda hämtade och lämnade av oss vid flygplatsen. Det fanns lite mat och dryck när vi kom fram även om det var mitt i natten. Vi fick mycket hjälp med svar på våra frågor och tips på händelser vi kunde ta del av. Mycket fint att det fanns ett parasoll att använda på Spiaggia libera som ligger ett stenkast bort. Och världens bästa Supermercato tvärs över lägenheten med otroliga råvaror . Vi är supernöjda med vår vistelse. ❤️

We had a great stay in Ostia. Sergio gave us a warm and friendly welcome and was very helpful throughout our visit. The flat was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Location is perfect — just a short walk to restaurants, the beach, and other local spots.

We had a short but great stay. The instructions and info around the apartment were incredibly detailed and useful. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful and the apartment is designed so logically for its purpose. I cannot overstate how remarkably clean the place was also. The cleanest Airbnb we have ever been to and we use Airbnb a tonne. Communication was faultless before and throughout our stay.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und für zwei Personen sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Der Strand ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar (5-15 Minuten). Andrea war sehr hilfsbereit und immer schnell erreichbar. Alles super.

lugar muito difícil de chegar ônibus não para perto , para chegar só uber ou taxi e assim sai muito caro chegar tive que pagar 54 euros

We stayed only for a night before leaving Rome due to proximity to the airport. Riccardo had great communication. Easy to find and to check in. There was a clean toddler cot available and riccardo added some toys to one of the rooms for our children which was really appreciated.

Perdimos el avión de regreso, afortunadamente dimos con Gionny, y nos facilito todo mucho, muy buena comunicación con Gionny. El alojamiento muy cerca del aeropuerto, muy bonito y acogedor. muy bien comunicado. muchas gracias por todo :)

Great location with views of the boardwalk and ocean. Peaceful spot to stay and Luca was a great host! Bed was very comfortable and the balcony was a great spot to sit and have a meal and enjoy a drink. 10/10 would recommend and we would absolutely look to stay here again if (when) we come back to Ostia.

S ubytováním jsme byli moc spokojeni. Každý den jsme využívali zahradu a ocenili jsme vlastní vstup na pláž. I když jsme 4 rodiny, pohodlně jsme se vešli a ubytování bylo velmi prostorné.

Belle petite maison de plage à quelques pas de la mer et d’un Beach club avec terrains de volleyball. Située à 10 minutes de l’aéroport, donc pratique pour un début ou fin de séjour. Celle-ci permet de coucher confortablement 4 personnes (2 lits double) et offre les commodités nécessaires pour un court séjour confortable et agréable. Gaia était une hôte sympathique et a l’écoute de nos besoins.

Lovely apartment. Perfectly clean very new and fresh. Nice kitchen bathroom and two bedrooms with a little courtyard with table and chairs. A very nice place to stay David was very helpful.

Romana was incredibly kind and even picked us up from the train station. We enjoyed the stay a lot! The view is simply unbelievable and the art in the house is a collection with calling it a museum! Thanks a lot for sharing that beautiful place with us!

Lovely flat in Fiumicino. Lucilla was great at communicating and everything was nearby. Would definitely recommend!

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

We greatly enjoyed our stay with proximity to the beach. A nice place to relax before our flight home. The host helped us book a shuttle to the airport which was very helpful. We really liked the functional design of this seaside condo.

Me and my partner stayed at Loredana's place at the end of Sept. After a very long busy day of touring in Rome and coming to a nice quite place/neighborhood at night just to relax felt amazing. Parking was easy to find on the streets at night. The beach was really close by nice catch for sunsets and sunrise. We really enjoyed our stay at Loredana's place and would come back again in the near future. Co-host/host was very responsive and accommodating. Thank you for having us!

Giorgia and her family saved the day a number of times during our visit. It started with me causing the elevator to temporarily jam, but she summoned help to get our luggage upstairs. I just needed to remember the inside doors AND the outside door of the elevator both need to be closed! Later in the week, the metro system closed early for weekend repairs and we were stuck in another stop where she guided us how to find a taxi very late in the evening. Her restaurant references were also spot-on! The apartment is impeccably clean and appears recently renovated. It was just perfect to wake up in the morning to see the view of the Mediterranean JUST AS THE PICTURE SHOWS! We really appreciate finding this wonderful home with a host whose personality matches the setting! Lucilla was an outstanding host who welcomed us early and in person to show us around the apartment and she even made us a coffee on arrival. She could not have been more helpful and made us feel like welcome guests, all communication was speedy and helpful. The apartment was perfect and the terrace outstanding. The bed was large and very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with all the basics we could need and quality appliances. We enjoyed Anzio and found several good restaurants, it is also walking distance to Nettuno for a change of scene. Overall our stay in Anzio was exceptional. Thank you again Lucilla x

Super appartement à 2 min de la mers , hôtel sympathique. Je conseil juste d'avoir une voiture à disposition ou location pour séjourner ici, Rome à 40 min [ voiture ] donc parfait , sinon tout les commerces sont présent dans la ville de Torvaianica , super

Stefano is a very responsive host and provides a cozy location in beautiful, Ostia. Would recommend.

We checked into Stefano’s place after a sleepless flight in preparation for our upcoming wedding. The place was easy to find, spotless and cozy, in a super convenient area with a pizzeria/cafe next door and a short walk to the beautiful seaside with amazing restaurants. We had a comfortable, well needed rest before our journey. With a contactless check out, we thought we would be on our way. Stefano stopped by to say goodbye just as we were realizing the tire on our rental had a flat! He was an absolute saviour by helping us call roadside assistance, use the tire repair kit, and leave the sad rental car in his parking spot until it could be towed. The Airbnb Stefano has is a fantastic, but the real gem has been dealing with Stefano himself. Grazie mille and we will be back!

Place was very clean as well as a super responsive host! She helped set up private transfer to the airport which was extremely helpful. Very close to airport and walkable to restaurants. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Wir wurden wirklich sehr freundlich Empfangen, es wurde alles Super erklärt die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet wie auf den Bildern, Netflix ect. funktioniert auch problemlos. Wir hatten einen netten Empfangskorb mit einem Mittagessen(Pasta&Arrabiatasauce) und anderen Leckereien und einer Flasche Wasser, so dass man nicht gleich unbedingt Einkaufen gehen muss. Und die Wohnung ist sehr nah am Strand gelegen, das man vom Balkon aus das Meer sehen und hören kann. Einfach Zauberhaft!! Vielen Dank an Maria Christina und Francesco, wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Und kommen ganz sicher wieder!!

L'appartement se situe juste en face d une plage accessible gratuitement dans un quartier calme. Marchande de glace adorable au coin de la rue 😊 Couchage confortable. Cuisine et salle de bain agréable. Compter une grosse heure pour rejoindre le centre de Rome en bus et train. Merci a Roberto pour l'accueil
